its no pressure, im just confused right now with all the stuff happening.

The Ixal and the Gridanians have a long hatred for one another, dating back to when the Elementals banished the Ixal from the Twelveswood a few hundred years ago and made them lose their feathers. Since that time, Ixali have made frequent raids and attacks into the Northern and Western regions of the Shroud. The beastmen clearcut trees (a big sin) and slaughter Gridanians on sight usually. The Company of the Twin Adder was formed only 5 years ago, just before the Calamity, but the military entities which make up the Grand Company have existed for a while. Wood Wailers (lancers) defend the city of Gridania as well as it's hamlets, and the Gods Quiver (archers) scout the Wood for dangers and protect the Hedge Trees along the Black Shroud's borders. The White Rams, a company currently led by Miah Molkot, specialize in defending the Shroud from the Ixal. So an Ixali raid on a Gridanian hamlet is certainly a very plausible backstory. Alright! gonna have to take some time putting something togeather and now i got Zy'dara who was wanting to try and involve me in her backstory.

If your character is 22, that would mean she was born in the Year 1555 of the Sixth Astral Era. It is currently the First Year of the Seventh Astral Era. Eorzea recently underwent an Era change after the most recent Calamity 5 years ago. Whenever one of these Calamities hits, the Astral Era ends and is replaced by an Umbral Era (or dark period in history) until however long it takes until the people of Eorzea deem their society past said dark time, resulting in another calendar reset and the start of the next Astral Era. So the Sixth Astral Era ended in the Year 1572, the following Seventh Umbral Era lasted 5 years after that, then - as part of the MSQ - the leaders of the Eorzean Alliance declared the Umbral Era done and we reset again into the First Year of the Seventh Astral. Many thanks, thats one of the biggest issues ive had for the story. the other was if she were to have grown up in the shroud, how could i possibly tie the ixal into her story? one of the.. potential backgrounds i came up with was her family was slaughtered by them in their expanding through the shroud and she was almost killed but rescued by the adders or gridanian military force. Just outside GRidania, there are some hostile Ixali (likely tempered). Perfectly plausible that her family could have been attacked. Perhaps they were travelling and were attacked on the road (like the 2.0 opening, I think?). Or maybe she had ventured out into the forest and her family was attacked while looking for her? Well is there a way that perhaps she could have been attacked as well? i was thinking along the lines of her having lived in the shroud outside of gridania. but the attack would have lead her to having a head injury to a point of forgetting who she was and not remembering her family.

Okay, so the first issue i find is i dont exactly know the propper erozean timeline as Kiarri icly is 22 so.

Kiarri has a few possible love interests but its the backstory that i seem to have trouble in, its been a bit jumbled for some time now. help on the forums or ingame is okay, not realy a preference either way.

Heya, rarely do i show myself on the forums as.. till recently i actually didnt know about them, but hello there! anyways, ive been on balmung for quite some time now. roughly six to seven months, changed my characters name quite a few times till i ended up on this one just so happens however this is my first final fantasy game so the lore is something i struggle with. so i wanted to introduce myself to try and see if i couldnt get some help with my character and finaly get her story that has been all over the place situated.

Kiarri Tyata, age 22. she loves reading books and standing beneath the big peach blossom tree right outside of the Loveless mansion. shes very antisocial and rarely speaks to others aside the one shes inlove with named Kale, she will respond if directly spoken to.
