A small smile sprawled over her lips as he accepted theproffered glass. She had opened her mouth to caution at drinking too fast but that had seemed to be a bit pointless. The empty glass getting slammed down on the table caused her to break her gaze for the briefest of moments as if she expected the glass to have shattered. Then again she had seen a Roe toss one clear across the room and yet it still managed to survive...yet it did shatter after. Funny that. "Bring ye a-"Again she found herself cutting short as he spoke up and pointed out the picture he seemed to have painted her in his mind. She agreed that most of what he said was true if not at the more harsh and brash way of stating it. She could only nod comprehensively. "Aye. Each word we do speak has meaning. Hence why it's always best to speak what ye mean and be it true." Her emerald orbs return to being set upon him. "Ah do not deny that most of what you have said holds a basic truth to them. However, ye are wrong on a few counts. Not everything is as is clearly black and white as ye state there are areas of grey. But yet ye acknowledge the choices ah have made are mine and mine alone..." She shrugged. Even as the patron rose to his feet and returned to histowering height she remained eye contact following his icy hued gaze even as she had to crane her head up and peer to him through thick lashes. Usually she was ready for anything. She was however not ready for his machine-gun line of questioning. "Few of us? Find me? Who..?" She blinked a moment trying to figure out exactly what he meant and specifically why he phrased his questions as such. She quirked a brow as her features still remained soft. She hadn't laughed at him just merely the questions he ask. Her tone jovial as she shook her head with a few remaining chortles just before she turned her gaze back up." Suddenly Ah fear ye aren't referring to a gladiator being in marauder homeland. And even if ye were Ah'd still reply it's merely me choice. Ah stay and reside in the place Ah like best." She chuckled once more but wove her hand dismissively. "But Ah suppose by yer choice phrasing and the only other thing that we could have in common for ye to use "us" is well..."She broke her gaze only to turn and examine herself before him and the others. "Must be me freakishly tall height and the fact that Ah'm half midlander and half highlander, me Ma was Sabine Rainer of the nomadic tribe that eventually went to sea in search of new territory ..." She shrugged."As for there being so few of us Ah fear ye may have been in the desert too long Lovie, there are more of us then ye may think." She nodded and rocked from the balls of her feet to her heels. "All Aside, Abaigeal...Abaigeal Causland at yer service Ser. Though, most just call me Abai. As for why Ah'm here...Destiny? A change of pace! Me job? Curiosity of me Ma's homeland? A combination of all things. Again though All of these things me own choice." She added with a rather sage nod. "Unless of course ye mean something entirely different then Ah'll have to ask ye to elaborate just what ye mean....and hope that Ah get over the sudden bout of embarrassment." She giggled a bit musically bringing a hand to her lips briefly before letting it fall to her side. Her emerald hues still continue to gaze up with their usual kind nature twinkling about them.

She nodded to the golden haired lass with a hint of a giggle on her lips as she noted the cardinal direction mix up. Not that Abaigeal was any better, she too was rather...directionally challenged. "Oh! Really Ah came from overseas too!! More North west, but regardless! Glad to know Ah'm not the only foreigner!" She smiled and nodded. "Oh Gridania!? Ah have a few friends that live off that way! Quite nice. Very green opposed to the blue ye see here or the yellow brown of Ul'Dah. She didn't push too much but her tendencies reminder her a bit of another shy friend of hers. One of which she noticed was still trying to make herself small. Stranger characters have come and gone in this tavern none though that came off as rather...not skittish...maybe not paranoid. Leary. Yes perhaps it was Leary. She stands before him just barely able to hear his voice. She furrowed a brow as if letting the words connect to her brain when she notices his eyes break from the glass and to her. She chewed the inside of her cheek momentarily as she could feel his gaze start from her toes in which she intentionally wiggled up her dancing skirts past her torso and shoulders finally landing on her face. His piercing blue hues she felt were staring at her as if they could penetrate to her thoughts though her gaze never broke. "Aye...Ah can Ser..." She speaks with a curious tone but nonetheless takes the glass from his hand though now it was a bit wet from water sloshing over the edge. holding the glass up as if to salute him she press her lips to the edge of the rim ad take not just a small sip but a clear mouthful and swallows. "Tis only water..." She shrugs. Normally she would muse and jest about she could make it turn to wine. Though, something nagged her to bite her tongue. There was something off about this one...and yet she was intrigued. "Care for it back?" She questioned proffering it once more with a smile. "Or would ye care for something along the lines of Rum or Ale? Yer from Ul'dah Aye? Ah think Ah have a few wines or liquors that have been imported from there." She offered as well, her demeanor still as warm as the welcome she called out upon arrival.

She chuckles and waves her hand dismissively. "Ha, Ah have studied enough people to pick up a few hints here and there." She nods and cast a smile. "Part of being a bartender is being able to read me patrons. If Ah don't...It could be bad ye know..." She shrugs and looks to the door as a series of clanking and clattering she was rather familiar..or...more like accustom to had filled the tavern. Emerald hues gaze in the direction of the walking red wall that hovered no more than an extra head over her. 'Welcome to Soliliquy!" She spoke in her usual chipper manner though noticed that a few of the others seem a bit taken back not just by the noise but perhaps the appearance too. Inja especially. Poor lass. She met his almost cold icy gaze with her own warm and welcoming green hues. Aside from the layers ofgrime and dirt that coated him he seemed no worse for wear then the others. A small chuckle graced the highlander lasses lips as she heard the keepers remark. "Oh aren't ye cute." She chuckled again ruffling the lasses hair as she shrugs to the others and does as she does best , but not before collecting a glass of water. Her bare feet pad over the floor as she makes her way to the newest arrival. Leaning down she placed the cool glass of water before him. Her usual smile painted over her features. "Welcome Ser." She spoke and glanced over him once more. "Ah a fellow gladiator...though...Ah admit Ah don't think me armor is as well worn as yers. " She spoke not meaning to insult but more to start any sort of conversation. Of course she anticipated that she had opened the door for a bit of a laugh and question on her part. Most did when she mentioned she took up sword and shield and yet had time to play fairy princess and dance about. Even if the later was her preferred choice, entertaining was always her first passion. Though those that seen her in her armor...well.. .most didn't even believe she was a lass!! "Can Ah fetch ye something a bit stronger then water?"

She chuckled as V'sato seemed to look about as if to commit things to memory. A sly and wry smile graced her features. "Don't worry lad, Ah promise Ah'm not gonna make ye memorize the menu either~!" She mused and beamed brightly. "Wait...ye said ye were napping?? Where were ye nappin' exactly??" She question.

How I feel right now.

She nodded delightfully pulling the bottle free hovering itover his glass and refilled it graciously. Her gaze shot over to Inja for a moment for whom seemed to be enjoying her Chuck N Cluck. She smiled to the lass before turning her attention back to V'sato. "Commotion woke ye from yernap?" She repeated with a bit of a chuckle that grew into an airy laugh. The poor lad seemed beside himself for a moment or two. None the less she waited for him to continue on. "Aah~ Ah see well, Welcome to notjust Soliloquy but Welcome to Limsa! Ah assure ye ye stick around these parts long enough and ye'd find yerself quiet a few friendly lik—er..."She paused and sheepishly blushed. Her cheeks turned a slight vibrant rose red color. Her emerald hues grew wide and round with shock."Ah'm soo sorry!" her hands came to her mouth covering her agape jaw before slowly lowering and she cast a look to U'zhan. "Ah'm afraid that would have been me and U'zhan there. Ah occasionally enjoy easing the lad as he Ah! Seems ye caught me taunting him about sparing Aye!" Her features soften as she furrowed her brows apologetically to V'sato. She giggled and waved her hand dismissively."Nay~! That was just a bit of yer life story! An lucky for ye Ah like stories too!" She cast him an extra particularly sunny smile. 'Ye can tell me anything lad, comes with the job of bartending ,aye!" she mused for a moment before looking over to the odd eyed lass with cascading golden locks. "Yer welcomeLass." she beamed coming over and collecting the dirty dishes from before her as to give her more room where she sat. And how about ye lass?Where ye from?" She smiled to the lass before she turned and winked to V'sato . "Seems everyone has a story and Ah certainly hope to make 'em share it!"She mused before furrowing her brow as if lost in thought. 'That is if they want to share it."

She smiled and nodded. "Well met!" Though chuckles as he drinks it with a bit of wince. "It's a bit strong but not bad!" She beams. "So...V'sato. What brings ye by? Curiousity like the others?" She smiles and attempts to keep the conversation going. "Ha, Aye the drink will make ye feel warm. But if ye feel light headed let me know Aye?"

with out missing a beat she smiles and bounds about collecting a glass and placing it on teh counter top. 'Aye! Spiced rum is delicious...though its an addicting poison!" She smiled pouring a glass to the brim and placing it before the lad. His pause in sentence of course was enough to prompt her. "Abai!" She beamed and cheerfully nodded. "And ye are?!" She drew the question out playfully.

She smiled to Inja and shook her head. She was by far becoming one of her favorite Keepers. "Ye sure are adorable ye know that!" She beamed. Looking to U'zhan she nodded and waggled ehr finger at him. "TSK...AH Suppose Ah could do that!" She chuckled pulling free a wine glass and though over what to serve the newest patron. Depends on what ye like...Ale, stout, wine, liqour!"She mused pouring teh familiar brittle bark wine in a glass and passing it off to U'zhan. "Ah suggest the Ifrit, or theShiva! For cocktails. Or the Bloodbrine Pale ale or Hawthorne Hut Honey mead.Just depends." She suggested passing off the MENU .

"Ye heard me!!!"She stated rather flatly before casting another devilish smile to him. Continuing to drag him across the floor she teases. Her attention shifts when Aegon speaks up and she frowns slightly. "Yer leaving so soon?" She playfully pouted and smiled. "Very well! Ah suppose as long as ye return!!" She waved an blow a playful kiss to the hyur as she turned her attention back to the Maleqo'te. "Well if ye danced when ye werelittle ye can do it a-" She started noticing as Aegon leaves someone else heads in. 'Ahh yer lucky!!" She teased dropping U'zhan's hands and telling poor blushing blustering maleqo'te. "Welcome to Solioquy! Ye have apoison in mind Lovie or need ye see a menu?" She question heading back toward the bar inpassing quirking a brow at the Maleqo'te at the table. 'Ye alr—" She pausedpursing her lips and shook her head. 'Come back soon Aye!!! We'll be waiting!" She smiled and continued on.

She peeked over her shoulder once more watching the patroncuriously. Not in a suspicious way but as one who is contently observant does. She nodded as he thank her. "Aye, yer most welcome Lad." She beamed once more only to be caught off gaurd by U'zhan. "Eh?!!" She shookher head as she peered back to the starlight haired maleqo'te. "Oh Oh Right right!! Sound like a plan to me!!" She nodded and grinned wickedly. As most of the patrons glasses we topped off and fed. And those that needed something knew they could call on her. She grabbed U'zhan's hand. And...since this is an entertaining tavern Ah'm using ye as me dance partner..." She pulled on his wrist in attempt to drag him to the stage.

Bumping this as I see a few of you Stalking the Tavern RP in the forum~! Its Mostly IC chat as Xene posted above and just something to fill the void when the game is down but still allows you to play with your character. So... come play with us!! We dont bite much!

Just as she was about to prod the por lad a bit more thefamiliar sound of the door followed by footsteps caught her attention. She turned and nodded to the patron with a welcoming smile and a friendly greeting. "Welcome to Tavern Soliloquy!" She sing songed as she watched him carefullypace to a table. The look on his face was like the previous ones just thankful to be out the elements in to relax. Elegantly and gracefully the highlander lass padded barefeet over the cool tavern floors ssurface. A glass of cool water in her hand as she made a way over to the table. 'Here Lad, ye look as if ye could use this." her head bobbed in a nod as she placed the glass before him. Her hand reaching around him pulling a menu from the table. 'Iffin' ye care for something differentye just let me know..." Not wanting to hover or crowd she slowly started to slip away before turning, her skirts swishing about her legs as she did so. "Oh, Abai's the name!" She added before preparing turn away once more.

A wicked grin plastered over her lips as she looked to U'zhan."Oh! Ah hadn't even thought of that!!" She smiled rather deviously. "Ah see performance anxiety won't be anissue then aye?!" She bit her lip trying not to laugh at the poor Lad. "Aye! Ah suppose ye are right not in here...Red would kill me if something gets damaged aye?!" She shrugged haphazardly.

She burst out into giggles once more and shook her head. Herbraid slowly swaying with the motion. "Ha Well don't worry Ah'm sure Ah can scrape ye up off the floor if Ah have to!" She was partially teasing half serious but still flexed her toned dancers arm with a wink. Her gaze stayed upon him as he rose the glass to his lipsand took a swig, she bit her lip. It was just so hard not to burst out laughing as his face contorted in the strangest and most peculiar scrunches. She clapped her hands together. "Ah warned ye!!!" She chuckled getting him a glass of water on the side. 'But Ah'll be if ye didn't take it like a champ!" She quirked a brow and smirked as he spoke that he would certainlybe returning. 'Ah warned ye about that too aye!!" She mused. "As far as the entertainment goes. We have not just the patrons! Oh no!! Soliloquy is home to anyone with talents. Singers, dancers, musicians, and...oh we have some story tells and writers too!" She nodded matter of factly. "Aah! And the games!! Inja could probably tell ye about some of the games she has seen, or rather shenanigans once a few get completely slooshed!" She chuckled. The lass she hadconvinced to join spoke up towards the lad. She blinked a few times before bursting out laughing. "Ah like ye lass!! Yer humor is right spot on!" She nodded and shook her head. "Twelve yer a fun bunch!" Her emerald hues caught the door opening again as the starlight tressed maleqo'te returned. Her smile didn't faulted but rather turned into a curious little grin. It was comical watching him mach right up to her. but his face was rather serious. Narrowing her eyes viper like her curious grin turned cheshire. "Aah~ So be it! Sparring with you would be a pleasure." She spoke rather seriously before her features softened. 'Ah'm delighted by yer acceptance!! This will be fun indeed!!" She nodded rather happily with a bit of a bounce in her step that was rather childlike.

Abaigeal chuckles and nodds her head looking at Inja."Aye, but in moderation its not to bad!!"She winked and held up a finger as if to remember something. 'Aah! Ah knew Ah forgot something!"She slipped back into the kitchen returning with two platters one she placed in front of the Amber and Emerald eyed Lass. "Here ye are..Catch of the day!!Lemme know if ye'd like some lemon with that Aye?" A soft and gentle smile painted her lips as she gave the woman a moment to inquire. Stepping a few paces down the cherry wood lacquered bar sheplaced Inja's meal before her. 'Chuck n Cluck~! This time with Chuck!" she teased before looking to the dark red headed hyur. "Aye!" She beamedwith nod as she set to pouring the lad the green drink. "Ah warn ye though...you might end up on the floor..." She teased as he mentioned the newer patrons. 'It seems so!! But by the end of the eve, Ah suspect ye all might become regulars!!" She winked and slid the cool liquid over to him.

"Ah Shall be sure to tell her,Aye!" She beamed as her emerald hued gaze met with Inja's once more a small hint of a giggle bubbled from her lips as the lass pointed to Aegon. "Well then! Ah suppose that means ye are up first lad!" Leaning on the bar top she nodded her head as she listened to the tale of travel. "Aah! That does sound like a bit of a bad dose!!" She nodded as he continued. Inja of course added her input which caused the Highlander to smile. Not that Inja wasn't one that couldn't socialize, it was just Abai hadn't seen her do it much. With a bit of a grin that turned into a vibrant smile she seemed a bit proud of the lass. "Aah~! But yer doing great Lass!" she nodded her head . "Come quite a long way since Ah first met ye!" She added with a gracious nod of her head and a soft utterance that sounded like Mmhmm. She paused as the young woman at the end caught her attention.'Aye a water it is Lass! Ah'll see if Ah can fetch a few of Miname's sweet honey butter rolls while Ah'm at it." the jovial highlander slipped into the kitchen momentarily only to return with a tray of water and a few baskets of rolls placing them scattered on the bar about the patrons. "Here ye are. Miname insist that these are free!" She sang songed relaying the cooks wishes as watched the young woman seemly stareat Aegon. "The lad doesn't bite...At least hehasn't biten me yet. Ah'm sure if ye wanted to join in conversation all would have the more the merrier demeanor aye?" She chuckledsoftly and lightly pushed the rollbasket a little closer. Abaigeal's attentionturned once more as the door opened yet again and smiled brightly to the newest patron that seemed to enter. "Welcome to Soliloquy!" She greeted to the necklace clutching woman as she slid a menu her way. She hadn't seemed like one of the usual either. Abaigeal's eyes looked over the lass as she sat and scanned the menu. After hearing the lasses order she nodded repeating it backand heading to the kitchen pushing the door open and calling out. 'Whatever ye can catch!" She added with a chuckled closing the cracked door and returning to the bar fetching a glass and filling it with water. "Here ye are Lass."The russet headed highlander beamed down to the equal emerald hued –er...emerald and gold!! That was a sight. She smiled warmly before notating small things about people as she does. 'Yer among friends lass. Ye not need toworry." She coxed with a good nod of her head for measure.

A wide vibrant grin crossed her face she looked to thekeeper. "Aye! Ah can fetch ye that!!" She smild and looked to the lass as she climbed up on the stool. "And a Chuck and Cluck! Ye remembered!" She mused nodding in great amusement. "So what brings ye by? Takin a break from the Arcanium?" She smiled as she questioned her newest friend slowly backing up to the kitchen and calling out the order and returning with a tall glass of chocolate milk. Placing it down for the lass. Her smile broadens when she looks to Aegon."Aye, How's that Popoto treatin' ye?!" She questioned while fetching the bottle of whiskey. "SO what sorts of work ye have today? Anything interestin'?" She quirked a brow. Anyone who knew Abai would know she loved stories. Whether they were filled with truth or exaggeration didn't matter it was all in how one told it.

Abaigeal nodded her head to the newest patron."Aye indeed!" Her smile still sprawling graciously over light colored lips. "Ye see we do it on purpose as so we force ye to come back..." She smirked as she waggled her eyebrows playfully. "So—" her thoughtprocess stopped as she noted the starlight haired maleqo'te slinking off. "OH No ye don't!!!" She quickly moved from behind the bar to give chase. "Ah still haven't gotten an answer from ye!!!" She called after the quick male just as she was about to reach him his tail slipped out the door."Fine! Be that way!! Ah didn't want t beat ye anyhow!!" She childishly called at the door. Turning about she placed her hands on her hips and beamed tothe patrons. Her gaze catching a woman that must have snuck in. "Ah! Welcome!!" She nodded to the lass who seemed to be thankful for a place to set. "Ah'll let ye have a moment before ah come and poke at ye aye?" she smiled just before looking back to the midlander male. "Yer mostwelcome!" She nodded once more as she slowly and gracefully made her way back to the bar. "Aah an adventure huh?" She smiled and tilted her head to the side her braid lightly falling away from her features. "Well, Ah see what ye mean there. It's mostly why Ah work here!" She gestured to the surroundings. "Dancin' comes first, and then adventurin' be second. Helping with problems sounds as if its quite the good time,aye" She nodded once more. "Abaigeal Causland At yer service! Tavern Wench, Sword dancer, and part time sword!" She introduced her self with a bit of a theatrical flourish. This was after all Soliloquy and it was a performance tavern!'But ye can call me Abai. Ah know me full name can be mouthful!" She chuckled. 'Also saves from sounding like "AH-BAGEL" when slurred!" She burst into a fit of giggles. Her gaze wandered slightly to the lass off on her own."Can Ah fetch ye something lovie? A water to start?" She peeked down to her. "Lemme check on yer 'Toto aye!" She spoke to Aegon before slipping into the kitchen to retrieve the lads meal only to return a few moment later. She set the piping hot plate before him and beamed as the sound of the door again caught her attention. "Ah changer mind and take me up onme offer of a—Oh. Sorry Inja! Ah thought ye were U'zhan coming back to tell me off!" She teased and beckoned the young keeper lass closer. "Come Ah might have a glass with chocolate milk with yer name on it Aye?" She smiled kindly.
