Highest I got was a little over 5000. Tweaking the settings a bit I got about 4500. On Max settings, 3200. Not bad for a three year old store bought rig I suppose.

Ambiguity isn't always bad as it provides wiggle room. Anyhow, I had another wonder: C.) Apparently "Sahgin's had the Reavers destroy a number of villages along the coast (burning them down)." Is it stated when this happened exactly or is the timing ambiguous? Are these towns named?
