Hello! I just wanted to say a quick word about our new free company! Eorzian Institute is a role playing Free Company founded to act as a forum for Eorzia's best and brightest. The institute offers a place for researchers, teachers, and students to come together and have fun, offering classes in various fields including: magic, martial skills, crafts and trade skills, and the arts. That said, we are currently looking for players from all strokes of life. Though we emphasize roleplaying, we will also be participating in all sorts of content, and will be accepting nonroleplayers into our ranks. Currently, we have set up an ooc linkshell for those individuals who are interested in participating in our events, but are already locked into an fc that they love. However, when space is limited, actual members of the company will have precedence. We are still in our infancy, and much more will come as the company grows and develops. Hello! My character, Arietty Moonfall, is looking for friends and also a teacher in Alchemy, Cooking, and healing, mainly the Scholarly branch. Arietty's personality can be a little eccentric but she's generally a good person that would do anything for a friend. Her alignment is more chaotic-good and while she's generally quiet she does tend to mumble strange things about removing toes and the like. Don't worry though, she only does operation and experimentation by consent only and if something goes wrong she'll fix your right up! I do not have a wiki yet but I can provide a character sheet on request. [A bit of a warning. Generally I've never played an 'eccentric' character before so I might be a little rough around the edges until I get her personality just so. Which is why I'm requesting connections so I can get some practice in. Don't worry her personality won't take a sharp turn into something else, if I feel something needs to be changed it will be a fairly gradual one.]

Hello! I've just returned to Final Fantasy after a very long break so can pretty much be described as a new player. When I found out recently about the unofficial RP servers I was super excited! I transferred to Balmung as soon as I could on a brand new character and it's so nice here! I was greeted and friend's listed twice in the space of a night and wasn't harassed by gold sellers. This server is definitely my home now! I was wondering if anyone had space for an avid RP'er in their FC or LS? I'm not very keen on anything large as I feel smaller Free Companies at least, are best. I'm generally a very quiet and shy person who doesn't talk much unless spoken to. I'm not sure what I want from FF right now except to enjoy myself. I might want to do raids in the future. Thank you very much for taking time to read this!
