Free transfers are given to any pre-existing character on the Chaos Data Center worlds after the move. They're not going it to people to move to Chaos but off of Chaos. Link to comment

Free transfers are given to any pre-existing character on the Chaos Data Center worlds after the move. They're not going it to people to move to Chaos but off of Chaos. I had thought the transfers had to happen before the move, not after. I apparently misunderstood Link to comment
