FINAL FANTASY XIV and ShopTo are partnering to offer European players an opportunity to obtain a range of Eastern-themed in-game items!


Make a qualifying purchase from a range of Square Enix games on ShopTo.net to obtain a unique mount, outfit, weapon and more!


From Friday, September 29, 2017 at 13:00 (BST) / 12:00 (GMT) to Friday, October 20, 2017


How to Take Part


Make a qualifying purchase from a range of Square Enix games on ShopTo.net to receive a promotional code (full range of qualifying games listed below). Items that qualify for the promotion will have a note on the store listing.


After completing your purchase, you can find your promotional code in the order section of your ShopTo account. Please click the product line and you will be redirected to a new page. Once here, select the “Active Code” tab and the code will be displayed.


Redeeming Your Code to Obtain Your Items


  • Once you have your promotional code from ShopTo, visit the FFXIV redemption website and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your code. You will need to login with a European Square Enix account in order to redeem
  • Upon redeeming your ShopTo promotional code, you will be emailed your three in-game item codes that you can use on the European Square Enix account of your choice
    Redeem these codes on the FINAL FANTASY XIV Mog Station to acquire the in-game items
  • After logging in to the Mog Station, select the "Your Account" menu from the top of the screen.
  • If you have multiple service accounts (represented as tabs), please select the service account you wish to redeem your code on.
  • Select "Enter Item Code," then follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your codes.

As far as I can tell some of these are for PC too? (Very few some of these)

Hello all!


We would like to give an update regarding the ShopTo campaign.


First of all, thank you for your patience on this topic while we looked into the situation to find a resolution with ShopTo regarding stock issues. Please see below a summary of the current situation.


Game Time Card Availability

We are aware that game time card stock has been an issue for many players since the start of the campaign, and that many customers are currently awaiting their item on backorder.


While we cannot give a specific date for the time being, we can say that all orders made so far will be fulfilled and that those who have ordered a game time card as part of the campaign will receive their codes to obtain the in-game items once their order is completed.


For those who have not ordered and are waiting for the items to come back in stock, please rest assured that we are working hard on plans to re-stock game time cards and make them available to a larger number of players during the campaign period. We will provide a separate update regarding game time card availability as soon as we are able.


Orders on Square Enix Titles That Are Currently on Backorder

All orders that are currently on backorder will be fulfilled, and codes to obtain the in-game items will be provided. Stock can vary for each different title, so some orders will be fulfilled earlier than others, but please rest assured that all will receive in-game item codes once the order has been completed.


If you have an order that is currently on backorder, you will be notified by ShopTo when the order has completed and the item has been shipped – at that point, you will be able to retrieve your code from your ShopTo account page.


Future Stock of Qualifying Square Enix Titles

In addition, stock for certain titles will be replenished gradually over the coming days as they become available. ShopTo will announce on their Twitter feed each time an item is made available, and will regularly update the campaign microsite to give customers a clearer idea of which items are out of stock. Please bear in mind that stock of certain titles may be limited, and some items will be restocked earlier than others.

Quick how-to-get-your-codes-ASAP if anyone is confused:


1) go to https://www.shopto.net/microsite/in-game-campaign


2) look for "PC Digital Final Fantasy XIV 60 Days Game Time Card" or "PS4 Digital Final Fantasy XIV 60 Days Game Time Card"


3) go through order process as prompted (you must register for an account with the site; they use PayPal at checkout)


4) go to "my profile" (via dropdown on top right hand corner of the screen)


5) go to "orders" (via sidebar on left hand of screen)


6) refresh the Orders page until your time card order is changed from "processing" to "complete" (took about 10 minutes in my experience)


7) click on the order for the time card


8) it'll take you through to another screen with 2 "redeem code" buttons, one for the time card itself and one for DLC. click on "redeem code" for the DLC


9) go to https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/en


10) redeem the DLC code you got from the shopto site


11) redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com will now give you 3 item codes for the mogstation


12) go to mogstation and redeem the item codes


13) grats you got your items


[14) don't forget to click "redeem code" for your time card on the shopto website and redeem it as usual via the mogstation's "add game time card"]

We have a few updates to you regarding the ShopTo campaign.


60 Days Digital Game Time Cards Are Now Available

ShopTo has now digital game cards available for purchase, they are listed on the main ShopTo campaign site.

If you back-ordered a physical GTC, you should have received an email from ShopTo explaining that you can cancel your back-order for the physical card and make a new order to receive your game time swiftly without waiting for shipping. You’ll need to cancel it from the pre-order section of your account and place a new order for the digital GTC


Please note: due to restrictions on the ShopTo.net system, you will need to complete your purchase via PayPal to obtain a digital game time card. Unfortunately, credit/debit card payments will not be accepted for this item.


Stock Status for Square Enix Titles

Many eligible Square Enix titles for this campaign have recently been re-stocked and are available to order! The ShopTo campaign microsite is updated frequently to show which items are currently available.


We should be able to provide an update on physical game time card availability early next week.




Also, we would like to answer a couple of frequently asked questions:


My code hasn’t appeared after I completed my order, how do I get my code?

In busy periods, there may be a slight delay with the time card appearing on the account as it is processed through the ShopTo system – codes are not made available instantly. If your code has not displayed at the moment of purchase, please try again at a later time – the process should take only a few minutes.


Where do I redeem the in-game item codes?

When you do receive your in-game campaign codes, you need to redeem them here (https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/) before you get the 3 codes for Mog station.
