All transactions are made with IC (fake) gil only, so you can be OOCly poor and still shop.

 

Kiht Jakkya will be present the entire event which will last until 10pm PST unless there is reason to go longer. Nihka Mioni will arrive roughly an hour after opening, and R'shesha Otharn will need to leave at 9pm PST.
