We're pleased to announce the next Letter from the Producer LIVE, Part XLIII! This next Live Letter will take place on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:30 a.m. (PDT) / 9:30 (GMT) / 10:30 (BST).

In this thread we’d like you to pose questions for Global Community Producer Toshio Murouchi .

Global Community Producer Toshio Murouchi oversees the Community Team that handles live events and broadcasts, the Support Team that handles inquiries from players, the Special Task Force (STF) Team that handles illicit activities, the NOC Team which observes real-time tasks like server status, and various other teams related to the community.

As someone who also works in a NOC, I've noticed that the NTT hubs tend to have a lot of packet loss. Can you elaborate on some of the monitoring methods that the SE NOC uses when checking for server and network stability? ">
