Hall of the Twelve (Open RP)

Isielin's stare bore into the Mi'qote with a direct, cautious air. The gaze did not waver, as she tracked the Mi'qote's every small movement.

"Needs more than work," she said at last. "It needs nourishing. A building is only as good as the people who are in it; those who's hearts are cold live in cold homes. Yet those who fill their homes with love..."

She paused, took off a glove, and ran it along the length of a stone column that supported the roof.

"Everything in here was once alive. It yearns to breathe once more. Even here, in this desolate land..."

Isielin brushed off her hand and held it out;

"Anyway, I am Isielin. If work is what you sekk, there is plenty of it. I myself am trying to fix the stables but haven't nearly enough wood. You should speak to Aldeus first, however. This is his outfit after all."

Suddenly, a yell and a crash can be heard from further in the building. Isielin's eyes widened.

"That seems to be pretty typical around here. Still, I suppose we should go check it out."

I'm not cold Aldeus thought as he listened in on the Iselin's remarks from a window to the courtyard.  He heard a crash and a yell coming from the kitchen and ran toward it.  His arms wrapped around his body to hold on to all the towels.

When he arrived at the kitchen and saw the transformation, his first thought was What axeman travels with fresh produce and kitchen supplies?  He pushed that thought away though.  "What happened Eadmund?"

The red-eyed youth had kept kept still while the other spoke, eyes darting at the sound of crashing from another part of the building. Stepping in after Isielin, the Mi'qote followed the other down the hall, the footfalls as silent on the stone under.

However, at the smell of food, a loud growling could be heard. It sounded at first like some angry dog, but could be quickly be discovered to belong to the street rat behind Isielin.

Eagle after returning from his meeting came upon the door ready to go in.

He smelled the cooking probably fro mEadmund and heard some talking.

Eagle hesitated before walking through the door.

"Do I even deserve friends for selfleshly fighting for coin." Eagle said to himself.

"Well this might be the best way to help others."

Eagle then opened the door only to be hit with a even stronger smell of what seems to be some well cooked food. He followed the smell into the kitchen.

Eadmund turns to the gather crowd coming threw the kitchen door. "Ah, good, you're all here. Breakfast is almost done, come and sit down at the table." Some plates are already set at the table in the kitchen, a few moments pass and Radmund brings the skillet over to the plates and begins to scrape servings onto each plate. "This dish consists of Auroch steak, potatos, onions, peppers, eggs, and a few extoic spices. I do hope you all like it." Eadmund sits down at the table and then begins to eat.

Isielin nodded to Eagle and bid him good morning. She looked down at the meat. She scraped the onions and peppers off, and subtly moved the meat onto the Mi'qote's plate, who looked rather famished. She said a small prayer to Nophica giving thanks, before biting into the potatos and vegetables.

"You have my thanks, Sir Eadmund, and my compliments," she turned; "Templar Aldeus, if I might have a word with you after breakfast, and preferably when you are wearing more than just towels, I would be much obliged."

Eagle nodded back and sat down to enjoy a nice meal.

"Thanks Eamund this is about the best I have ever had."

Eagle began to list to everyone and ponder his new friends.

"Do Paladins even have need of a hand to hand specialist he wondered, either way the way of the Paladin seems to line up with the way of the Monk and we could help alot more people as a team...."
