Welcome to the Wondrous Runs topic for the Wayfarer's Covenant! This topic is for anyone and everyone part of our Free Company that has interest in getting their MSQ dungeons done quicker, as well as farm some dungeons, trials, or raids when they are feeling up to the task! Generally speaking, all of us are up for going out and taking on everything previously mentioned -- mostly because it helps us as well! So, if ever you would like to run something, feel free to reach out to the Leader and Officers, because most of us will generally be very okay with going along with you!

 

Unfortunately, some of the things that might be on the to-do list might require some objectives before you can access them, but we will go ahead and provide any descriptions and necessary objectives in the lists below! If you meet the requirements for a particular run and want to do it, you can @ our role 'Free Company Officer'! Just keep in mind not to @ us when it's too late -- if you see us online (not as 'Away', you can @ us individually to see if we're up for it!).

 

Most of us are in North America with our primary timezones being CST (GMT -6) and EST (GMT -5)! Some of us stay up super late, though, so if you're in a timezone where we probably should be sleeping, you might also catch us then.

 

 

If you have a Main Story Quest Dungeon, Raid, or Trial that you have to do to progress and you want to skip the waiting time on those horrid queues, we'll generally be good to do that! We can even do it unsynced if that floats your boat and there are enough of us to do that with ease pending on what it is!

 

No real requirements for this one except for on the FC Leader and Officers that would want to help out! If we're not that far in our MSQ, then we won't be able to help out with this one! Luckily, however, a lot of us are high enough level and far enough in our own play throughs that this shouldn't really be an issue.  

 

 

Roulette is a great way of earning extra experience and Poetics / Goetia / Second Chances! If ever you would like to do a Roulette of one kind or another, we can put together an ideal team for a run and get that done!

 

Again, another thing that doesn't really have any requirements other than being level 16 to have unlocked any form of Roulette. Given the nature of Roulette, it's highly unlikely that the Leader or Officers themselves will also have to meet any requirements for this one!

 

 

Palace of the Dead is a Deep Dungeon and is one of the go-to places for A Realm Reborn for levelling and farming a myriad of different items from its large drop pool! As a warning, there are several of the FC Officers that are not too terribly keen on doing Palace of the Dead runs, but I (FreeJayFly), am generally willing to run them with you if you ask! I have alts that I'm more than happy to do runs with when it comes to Palace of the Dead!

 

Palace of the Dead requires these objectives:

 

• Having gotten past 'Into a Copper Hell' in the Main Story Quests
• Being level 17
• Finishing the quest line 'The House That Death Built'

 

If you have yet to get the quest 'The House That Death Built' and don't know where to look after finishing 'Into a Copper Hell', you will need to go to back to New Gridania within the Carline Canopy. At coordinates x12.0, y13.1, you will find the NPC Nojiro Marujiro -- a male Lalafellin who sits in the front of the inn -- and he will give you the quest to get you well on your way!

 

 

Heaven on High, like Palace of the Dead, is a Deep Dungeon and a go-to place for levelling and item farming. More of us are generally willing to do HoH just because it is a higher levelled Deep Dungeon, but also because more items are guaranteed!

 

Heaven on High requires these objectives:

 

• Having gotten past 'Tide Goes In, Imperials Go Out' in the Main Story Quests
• Having reached floor 50 in Palace of the Dead
• Being level 61
• Finishing the quest line 'Knocking On Heaven's Door'

 

If you have yet to get the quest 'Knocking on Heaven's Door' and don't know where to look after finishing 'Tide Goes In, Imperials Go Out', you will need to go to the Ruby Sea. At coordinates x6.2, y11.7, you will find the NPC Hamakaze -- a male Hyur who dons a violet bandanna -- and he will give you the quest to get you well on your way!

 

 

Wondrous Tails are roughly a weekly thing that Khloe Aliapoh in Idyllshire gives you to do! After getting the book from Khloe, you can access it through your Key Items to see what challenges she wants you to complete! There are guaranteed ones you can do at the top that are just generally any dungeon within a certain level range that fits you. After that, however, you get into territory that you will generally have to unlock if you do not already have them for the challenges.

 

Sometimes Khloe can be a little frustrating -- all the FC Leader and Officers understand this pain well. However, we are willing to be patient and help guide you through any quests necessary that will unlock certain challenges within the book that you would wish to do. One of the challenges that is always in the book that seems to not really be within our general want are PvP challenges. However, this is mostly due to the seemingly long wait times for any Rival Wings challenges.

 

Wondrous Tails requires these objectives:

 

• Being level 60
• Access to Idyllshire
• Completing the quest 'Keeping Up with the Aliapohs'

 

If you have yet to get the quest 'Keeping Up with the Aliapohs' and don't know where to look after gaining access to Idyllshire, you will need to be close to the Aetheryte to find the NPC that gives you the quest! At coordinates x7.0, y5.9, you will find a Roegadyn male titled 'Unctuous Adventurer'. He will remark on your successes as an adventurer and then tell you that Khloe will appreciate you helping her out. Your quest will then bring you to Khloe Aliapoh just outside Rowena's Center for Cultural Promotion.

 

 

Achievement hunting is exactly what it sounds like. There are a number of Achievements to be gained through running dungeons and trials. While we cannot guarantee any Commendation achievements by any means, we can certainly do our best to just get any others that members might have a vested interest in -- whether that means farming mounts, cards, orchestrations, or other items; or just running through different ones several times over because you want to reach a certain number of dungeons or trials run.

 

Either way, if you want to achievement hunt, by all means, let us know. There's usually always going to be something in it for us anyway in running through a dungeon of your choosing!

 

 

If you have a dungeon area in mind for progressing your character's story and want people in on it, please let us know! We are happy to have roleplaying events with others, and we are more than happy to help you progress your character's arcs in any way that we can! After all, we want our members and their characters to feel important and like they have agency to explore their own stories!

 

You are not just another gear in a larger mechanism with us! You and your characters are important to us!

 

Please keep in mind that it does definitely help to have a pitch or an idea in mind when it comes to role playing events in a dungeon of your choice, though! We can only get so far in progressing something that does not have a general idea about it! We will be more than thrilled to brainstorm with you and get the ball rolling!

 

Requirements will have to be mostly level and questing milestones! If there are those of us that cannot partake in an event, that is fine! We can find reasons in character why they could not, and hope that maybe next time we can do something!

While we're happy enough to help farm for certain minions and mounts, there might be others out there that catch your eye that perhaps you haven't heard of or forgot about that you'd like to get! If that's the case, hopefully this list will help you out in that regard.
