mateus Yet another new player, seasoned roleplayer!

Hey, I'm new to Final Fantasy and MMOs in general! I Really want to get into roleplaying again, since it'd be nice to have something to do during quarantine. I play a Veena on Mateus, but I've no friends that actually play this game with me, aha... I don't really do 18+ role-play or much combat-focused writings, but I really don't mind much else. Anything goes!

Hey there, and welcome aboard to the RPC! o/ 

 

Fortunately, I tend to think that FFXIV has one of the most expansive RP entertainment venue sprawls that you could find in any MMO on the market today, so you can find a ton of stuff outside of anything with an adamant combat focus. There's the Quicksand in Ul'dah, but there are also player-run taverns and restaurants aplenty as well. There are folks who put on concerts and dance shows too, so there's a pretty good bet you could find something that you'd like to get involved with. 

 

If you're looking for more particular character connections to make, I'd suggest hitting the Making Connections forum or alternatively joining some of the server Discords where people post FC ads and independent connection opportunities.
