Delilah Scythewood Posted December 28, 2014 Share #126 Posted December 28, 2014 Ah, that all sounds entirely fair to me. The length of the guide aside, as long as it effectively delivers said point clearly, I have no other qualms. And you communicate your point very well, imo. No arguments there. Thank you! <3 Link to comment
ArmachiA Posted December 31, 2014 Share #127 Posted December 31, 2014 The slutshaming post was great. I've had more than one person judge Loki oocly for "being a whore." Hell, I've had people say it about Armi since she's had a few boyfriends (And Armi is definitely no where near a "slut"). I have to roll my eyes at people who think "You're character is a slut" and look down their noses at you. Link to comment
Delilah Scythewood Posted December 31, 2014 Share #128 Posted December 31, 2014 Yeah, same. Granted, I'm one of those that snickers when I'm called a slut and respond with snark like "Slut just means I get laid more then you do". My characters usually shrug since those that level those comments ICly rarely ever are ones that know my characters, or say it because my character rejected their own. When I've had it done on an OOC standpoint where IC is involved, I've gotten more intolerant of it. Though its usually one of those things you hear second hand and not often to one's face Link to comment

Usually snarky comments heard via a friend who heard it from someone else I assumed was a friend. OOC comments like that usually earn a swift removal from my friend list. ICly, Mel would likely relish in it and ask one to take a number. LOL. Link to comment

I'm going to posting a more in depth section on communication that will stem towards RP in general as well as poly. Some of it will include OOC communication as well as IC. Link to comment
