Level 50 requirement?

Most of my FC don't go to the Quicksand for a multitude of reasons. Despite it being a hub, it can be very clique-y. We love new people if you want a solid group to interact with, regardless of level, give me a buzz and I can let you into our ooc shell.

 

I do admit it feels cliqueish, some time more than others. I'll try to hit you up on that offer then.

 

Come and find Yvelont in the Shroud. Depending on the circumstances, he will guide you to a safe haven, escort you out of the Twelveswood, or mistake you for a poacher and try to kill you. -smiles cheerfully- It'll be a blast, please say yes.

Well thanks for the insight everyone. So it could probably not just be my level so much as they already have their little clique and probably refuse(or panic or lock up) when a total stranger wants to try for a spot of RP. Or it could also have something to do with this confrontational bias concept, which I guess does not necessitate the level 50 thing and can still be chalked off to the clique mentality. I guess I just need to start dying my armor Bright Pink to gather attention if Yellow can catch people's eyes

 

I think Kurt would welcome any business related advice from Aaron to be honest (if it works OOCly that'll help me raise the 300k I need for a room )

 

EDIT: I dyed it pink....what have I done....It looks so entertaining to be dancing in pink...halp ;_;

I couldn't imagine not RPing with someone because of their in-game level...unless of course they were trying to RP the greatest combatant ever while being at a level I could sneeze at and kill...but even then, RP always trumps game mechanics. 

 

And I say this as a self-proclaimed RP snob lol

 

Personally, though, I don't start RPing until I hit end game. Hell I ran through to level 80 EIGHT times in Guild Wars 2 before I decided to pick a main from the resulting 8 characters and get to the RPing lol
