So, with the event coming I thought it would be nice to roll the nps, to make everyone's lives easier. So far the one I found is the Gridanian one. He's next to the Aetheryte in Brentfalls that's the name I think.

There are two different sets you can get per quest. Mine wasn't the guy in Horizon, mine was the trader Wowtazi in Black Brush station, next to the aetheryte.

Do note that from what I hear, there can be several locations where the NPC can be depending of the clue you hear, I think.

 

The clues I got are "Central Shroud", "King" and "Tidegate"

If you have 'salt' as your clue for Lominsa, your guy is Phillipe at Moraby drydocks!
