Well, depends on which FF you're talking about. Some are more tech heavy, others are more fantasy based. A lot of earlier FFs were more fantasy based. Now a days it's kind of evolved into a steampunkish sort of theme. SE needs to go back to their roots and re-release a PS3 version of IV. That would be win.

Yar, when you have a community this large, you'll run into some pretty diverse individuals. All of us express our opinions in different ways, so I guess the best you can do is be understanding, say your peace, and if it falls on deaf ears, just move along. Also, keep in mind as we continue to grow, this community will only get more and more diverse (aka more ppl not agreeing on things). But as long as these disagreements are voiced in a healthy way and handled in a respectable adult manner, I don't foresee any problems.

This thread was started JUST the other day. We are already at 562 members. Yowzers. I'm gonna bet we hit over 700 before September is done.

Lind or Besaid....either way, there is no way to get a clear indication on what the future holds for these servers. I remember when PS2 launched for XI and it brought in a huge wave of new players. I would know....I was one of them. Now, once PS3 launches in March, whatever you 'think' you know about a server could drastically change. Since the PS3 release will probably be the last biggest wave to roll onto the servers at once, they'll also be the most educated in knowing what server to pick. PS3 players could very well fill in any low-pop servers with ease.

When it really comes down to it, I think ppl should just follow their heart and see where that leaves us. I'm sure the end result will be good for us either way.

Same reason people still prefer to vote for the Independent party rather than Republican or Democrat. It's all about expressing the freedoms we deserve.

Cheers to that. I have much respect for democracy, especially when it involves my fellow RP community. I'll go to whaterver server get's voted on....at least, if I'm able to when it comes out for the PS3.
