I admit, I don't really get this one. Do Seekers have webbed feet or something? Dogs and seemingly cats have partially-webbed toes so I think it might be a reference to that(?) (I mention dogs since they're the only ones I can comment on with certainty). I thought the mention of cousins meant it was a birth defect from inbreeding.

Ah, Robot Wars. Those were some great times. How about when Cassius nearly flipped Sir Killalot on his side? Who then got flipped over by Killalot in a later round only to do that famous somersault with it's flipper and continue to compete. Battlesbots was amazing too, can't wait to see what happens. Speaking of Vlad, how about it's later incarnation Vladiator and the rivalry it had between Diesector. Like when it overthrew Diesector in season 3 only to lose the rematch in Season 5 before Battlebots went off the air!

I was kinda hoping from the title it was akin to the monster trucks version of Monster Jam and we'd just ride Goobues around stomping on little wagons and making them jump off dirt piles. Though to be a bit more on topic, it sounds fun. Probably be a little blind-leading-blind till people get used to it. Afterwards, I can see it being a riot of a time. I feel the wording about disarming the ball is a little confusing, do you mean it's similar to a steal where it's immediately taken from the carrier? You say it will follow a different set of rolls, does that mean it follows directly after the attack or is a separate thing? If it's the latter, if someone were to go after the ball carrier it would just be better to roll for the steal and to hell with knocking the ball from carrier and risk it falling into possession of someone else. (assuming both teams can immediately recover a loose ball if they're near it) Perhaps make it so the requirement to directly steal the ball is higher than just attacking the carrier hard enough that they drop it?

We have an update! The Shaded Bough is now under new management! I've taken over for the company and have begun getting back into the RP scene and mingling with folks and reestablishing connections! The Dirty Duskwight tavern will be undergoing a remodeling before we open up again to all of Eorzea's RP'ers! It's good to be back folks, I hope you'll be around to enjoy it!
