    @Unnamed has the right post to get you all fixed up. SweetFX with XIV ARR does't use the full files in the up to date version. The two .dll's and the two .txt for settings int that mediafire link.

    That 1$ charge is an pre-authorization charge that gets refunded. I couldn't tell ya how or why it works but that's what it is.
