I'm not sure if I'll be able to help you with the first part of your question (the use of lalafell for child hyur), but since Fantasia is mostly use IC, you could do "made that effect" one hell of side effect for your poor lalafell to be turn into a 20 years hyur, sure that may work. For the conjurer lore, I can't help since I don't have any knowledge on it. Maybe someone on the forum will be able to tell you, but from I heard, the elemental guide and help the White Mage (conjurer) so it should work...I guess.

My character seeks Female Seeker of the Sun, so he can have revenge against them (some betrayed him long time ago, now he turns into a misogynist (but only against them). My character needs to create an underground network for black market, slave and other illegal thing that people when to enter inside Ul'dah territories. Need Guards : T'iathar may need bodyguard and guard to secure and protect him and his -thing- Black Market agent : people who deal in the illegal market that may help him find what he need Slaver : He will need slaver to give him what he wants the most, Miqo'te seeker of the sun female to humiliate and trade.
