Anytime you see me in game feel free to give me a shout! I have tons of alts though so it might not be on Siha, ha ha. I really need to put that list in my sig again...hmm...

No problem, I'm an altoholic so I might as well make it useful! Right now my lowest I'm leveling is Taiga Jakkya so feel free to add her as I'll be on with her until at least four or so. ^^

I have quite a few alts that are without an FC, I haven't actively been looking for one on them either, so if you want someone to drop XP in for quests I certainly wouldn't mind. I'm not sure when you're usually on but I'll try /telling you in game when I'm alted and you can add me just for the free XP at least. ^^

Hey welcome there E'kayah! Your english is pretty good to me, but of course as they say, practice makes perfect. As for server choice I think it's really up to you, Gilgamesh is specifically for new players but Balmung has plenty of newbies as well, both are very friendly from what I've seen as well. Personally I'm on Balmung and I do love it there but the folks on Gilgamesh seem to have a nice community as well. If you haven't had the chance maybe sift through the directory of FC's and LS's to see if something appeals to you to decide. Either way you choose I'm sure you'll have fun!

I would certainly mark myself as an interested party, I've found myself wandering alone lately so this could be great. I'll have an alt for it of that I'm sure, ha ha. Both parts of the story sound like they would be tons of fun!

What times would it typically be open? I'm usually on at the times in my signature and unfortunately I'm having to find a way to RP during those times rather than my usual evenings. Now I am free during the evenings on Thursday nights and Friday nights if that helps but I'm planning to make sure I'm devoting some time to my mains, the employees I'd be able to offer you would be alts of mine. I do have a Bard as well as some characters that'd be fully willing to waitress.

Both of those are awesome, I just love your style! The second one really strikes me for some reason, maybe it's the way he stands out against the soft background.

That'd be the cave behind Lost Hope and the NPC says something that references the plants as Dream Blossoms. The only substance I could find that is close to that name are 'Spring of Dreamweed' but there isn't any info beyond it being a prohibited substance that's extremely hazardous to your health. I'm not sure it's a drug per say but it sounds like one.

Hey there brother! I'd love to come to this myself, if it's on a Thursday I can absolutely make it since that's my beginning of my days off and I have all night. So anytime after 9 am CST is open and free for me!

I'm really split on my number one, but I think Limsa wins for my favorite because of it's looks and atmosphere. All of the potential for that place just screams awesome to me but I've always been a sucker for seaside cities/towns as well as pirates (of course I know they aren't STILL pirates but that's not the point). Second would have to be Gridania just because it's so damn lovely, that and I've run across some really cool random RP while actually just out leveling in the Shroud, it was a nice surprise and I liked the story it slowly evolved into. Ul'dah is nice of course, the feel of it is very gritty and most relatable so it's kind of a comfortable spot but it's not my favorite even if most of my characters spend a majority of their time there.

So as most of my regular roleplay friends have probably noticed I haven't been able to be on much lately, I work when everyone gets on it seems like and when I do catch someone it's only for a couple of hours. I figured I should post something official because I intend to return and I just hate hate disappearing without giving something OOC and IC so I'm not a monkey wrench in peoples stories! Anyways, tl;dr I've been very busy and my sub ran out recently, for the moment I have no funds to replace it but that'll change in hopefully a week or two and I can get back on. ^^ In the meantime here's my IC letter my character would have left to all of those close to her. Naming a few I can count off the top of my head; Roen, Erik, Emelie, C'kayah. Anyone else that would like to know can of course hear it from those PC's if they don't mind. ------------Letter-------------- My dear friends, I hated to take off in the middle of the night like I did but it couldn't be helped. My mother contacted me. It seems she had a visitor to the Clan that she had not seen in quite some time and it shook her, so much so that she summoned me back for a short while to..deal...with this person. As it so happens, this person was my father. It's rather odd meeting him for the first time but he seems nice, a lot like me actually, and oddly enough I couldn't be happier about that. The best part is that he seems to actually like me and care about my treatment here, seeing said treatment he's offered to take me AND some of my brothers off of my mothers hands. I've agreed and so have at least two of my brothers so far, it won't be forever, but I think I owe myself this chance to get to know him and I couldn't say no when he grinned the way he did. I wish you all could meet him, maybe you will. Oh! And the best part, we're going out on the seas! Can you imagine, the thing I've always wanted! I don't have much more time to write though, we have to leave soon but I didn't want to leave without saying goodbye even if it wasn't in person. I'll return to you all soon. It wasn't meant as an insult Ciel, not in the least, I was just pointing that out as I wasn't sure if that was added after or before replies. My apologies if I offended you but it wasn't intended that way. I must have misunderstood your post.

Just to reiterate something that the OP said, he/she knows how they work they're asking if we think the ideas above seem like they would be something that would be possibly feasible down the road. I personally have to say that it doesn't seem too far fetched to me that with enough research into it that all of those ideas could be possible especially since Eorzea is technically a world of magic AND technology with the Garleans present. I don't think it'd be too impossible for someone to modify their Link Pearl to be able to include video and audio, the telepathy is only a bit that seems like it might be a stretch. I know there's the trump card of 'because magic' but that one just seems like it takes the idea a little too far from the original for me personally, it's not a bad idea it's just not one that I could easily justify but if someone were to use it sure that's all for them! That's just my small take on it though.

On the same note as Natalie's post feel free to poke me anytime, my main would probably the best for what you're wanting, I play her steady and she right now may have need for a Mercenary in the future. Not sure but who doesn't these days, ha ha. Anyways, feel free to RP with me anytime, dark secrets don't bother me and my character knows the feeling of spiraling down into some darkness over betrayal and mistrust at the moment maybe they could have a talk about it. P.S. I can't say about Shizu's FC because I haven't had the pleasure of getting to know them but Ellaria is wonderful and active in her FC, and looking to shape it with some great ideas!

Welcome to Balmung and the RPC! Olo seems to have taken care of all the helpful links like he usually does, so really I guess I just have to say if you ever see me in game I'd be happy to RP with you and offer any advice or tips that I've picked up should you want them or need them. I'm not sure I can offer a steady arc but I do have a small close knit group that I RP with quite regularly and we're always happy to have another person thrown into the fray!
