Player-made Ishgardian Noble Houses Directory
Draco Nobis replied to Blue's topic in Chronicled Connections
Server: Balmung Noble House Name: House D'Monchette Pledging/Related/Serving to High House: Vassal to House Dzemael Description: House D'Monchette was known for scientific and alchemical advances. Mostly in terms of medicine. They fell from grace when Lord Louis D'Monchette turned Heretic and took half of their forces with him to the Shroud. His older brother, who had passed the inheritance to Louis in the first place, was forced to take command of the House. He was a poor ruler, and the house stagnated. When Louis D'Monchette returned and killed his brother, his nephew took the title. Calleaux D'Monchette was more eager to rebuild his house, adopting the new practices of the Machinists into his ranks and training a small number of them. The House itself had a small number of Knights to command, and has been working to recruit more as well as the help of outside mercenaries. Once again they began trying to excel in the field of science and alchemy, creating things from simple potions to specialized ammunition for the Machinists' guns. Recently, they recruited the help of a Temple Knight to help them bolster forces and try to gain prestige again. They know their place as low Nobles, but they do not wish to be looked at as potential heretics any longer. Included Races: Elezen (Both kinds) and Hyuran servants and Knights. Members: Calleaux D'Monchette (NPC Head of household) Draco Nobis (PC - Arbiter) Louis D'Monchette (NPC - Deceased Heretic) Ser Darmont (NPC - Deceased House Knight) Ser Geoffrey (NPC - House Knight Commander) Footnotes: House D'Monchette has fallen from standing slightly, becausefof the actions of Louis D'Monchette. They are a weaker house now, but attempt to gain back allies and power. -
How to find the balance between overpowered and underpowered?
Draco Nobis replied to LadyRochester's topic in RP Discussion
Underpowered characters aren't bad, until the weakness that makes them underpowered starts to disrupt enjoyment and roleplay. In a way, the same goes for overpowered characters. There should always be a number of strengths and weaknesses. Maybe a man who can shatter boulders with a single punch can't digest dairy...or ya know, something more appropriate. But someone who is super clumsy, has the knowledge needed to create a victory strategy. Balance is all about finding strengths and weaknesses that fit your character, and fine tuning them into a perfect relationship. Sometimes strengths have to be reduced, as to not ruin roleplay, and sometimes weaknesses have to be overcome, to create flare and keep things interesting. Knowing when and how to fluxuate the positives and negatives is crucial. Non-combat characters are easy, since they don't NEED either of these things. For an example of overpowered and underpowered fighters though: Draco is often considered overpowered, because of his skill, experiences, and Dark Knight powers (Pre-HW). And in a way he is. Logically speaking, he's a veteran Knight who analyzes a battle while fighting it, and comes up with strategies to win. However, like every warrior he has his weaknesses. He can tunnel vision during a fight, grow tired, has a weakness to electric magic, because he's encased in metal 24/7. His aether depletes rapidly when in use, things like that. He also holds back considerably in fights, to avoid killing his opponent. I refer to it as, and it probably sounds egotistical when put like this, a Superman complex. He's only as strong as he needs to be at any given time. Although unlike superman, he DOES have a cap to his strength. Every strong character should have a chance of defeat. On the opposite side of the spectrum, I have a somewhat underpowered character in Chip Wayman. He's a teenager and not very strong, smart, or talented. His attitude is that of an over eager child, who wants to make a difference in the world. His knowledge of fighting is limited to what he learned from his master, and from watching other people. So he imitates primarily. Chip couldn't really damage someone even if he tried. He just lacks the muscle for it. His combat style is obvious, and he tends to call out his moves. So his weaknesses are easy to see. Obviously, he's weak and roughly trained, he's not very inteligent, having been a street urchin with almost no knowledge of the world outside thanalan, and no one really takes him seriously. He is at best a comedy relief character, designed to make people laugh ICly and OOCly. However, he has strengths that keep him interesting as well. While weak, he employs brass knuckle type weapons to inflict some damage, to help overcome his lack of strength. This allows him to at least hurt his opponents, and hopefully render them unconcious if he works hard enough. He trains hard and daily to hone the moves he's trying to imitate, even if they're not perfect yet, and his Goblin Avenger persona often makes him underestimated, so his foes don't take him seriously and drop their guard. His speed is excelent, and he can often surprise people with how fast he can close in. And despite knowing he's no match for most people, his spirit is unbreakable. He will try desperately to win, even though he knows he probably can't. And that allows him to overcome the obstacles in his path. So even underpowered characters need a chance at victory. It's all about having great strengths and great weaknesses, not in size but in quality...or I guess both. Every Achilles needs a heel. As for what Ember was saying before, that is also a good point. Just because your character has an in depth backstory where they felled gods, doesn't mean much. Draco has a backstory of a trained soldier, and while it is taken into account in RP, I don't use it as an excuse to always win. Draco loses just as much as he wins, despite his history. His in game RP experiences though, helped him grow. People ICly started to realize that he was a fighter, and respected that. But, being a soldier isn't the most important thing. Getting your character known as a scientist, or kind hearted person, or Goblin themed super hero, through RP is really more important than having a backstory and nothing else. EDIT: A good point was also brought up after I posted. Underpowered characters have more room to grow than overpowered characters. Draco has reached his limit to physical prowess, and only has a little he could gain from his Dark Arts before he reaches the peak for that too. He has no room left to grow, aside from personality. Whereas Chip is still a fresh faced kid with plenty of experience to gain in life. And that doesn't even stop for non-physical characters. Your character could be a starry eyed novice Scholar (In the intellectual sense, not the Job) that is desperately trying to make a name for themselves and learn. True, they probably wouldn't be the best person to go to for knowledge, and there's definitely people smarter than them, but they offer so much more opportunity than someone who knows everything already. If you had to shoot for one, I'd honestly say start from the bottom. Let your character grow through RP into something great. -
[Spoilers] Dark Knights, Am I the Only One?
Draco Nobis replied to -no longer matters-'s topic in RP Discussion
It's not even that. Void = Voidsent = Bad is a general knowledge chain for even most folks. Even normal soldiers are understandably upset if someone brings a Voidsent into a fight. Honestly I think a lot of everyday citizens would view even an Abyss/Darkside (Emotions based) Dark Knight as some connection to the void until educated otherwise, same with an adventurer that has no previous dealings or experience with Dark Knights. A good example of this is when I joined The Onyx Cross (Void/witchhunters) War made sure to reveal what her "power set" was and explain it's origination source, so they wouldn't mistake it and others like her as Voidsent. That's just something I think others should keep in mind. That until you have dealings you generally wouldn't know they're not of the void. That's one of the reasons why Dark Knights are frowned upon. For some reason, it's difficult to find people that really treat it that way in RP. At least in the RP I've found. When Draco revealed himself to be a Dark Knight somewhere before 2.5, the initial reaction was a mix of 'Cool story bro' and fear. So he hid it away. In HW, he tends to hide it and only use it when he absolutely has to, just because the Ishgardians would see it as heresy. Being a Duskwight Ishgardian already gives him a little flak from the people, and members of the Inquisition and Temple Knights are aware of his abilities. He was even tried for it, but won in Trial by Combat to keep himself from getting axed. Now, most of the people that know Draco, know his actions as a valiant and respectable Knight. Because aside from being a Dark Knight by classification, he's an ACTUAL Knight too. And has been all his life. So it's gotten to the point where they see his good side, and don't even consider his Darkness to be dangerous. And sometimes when he's fighting for someone, or rescuing someone, he lets the power out to ensure victory. So he demonstrates first hand that the Darkside, or Darkness as he calls it, can be a force for good. And he isn't as crude and brutal as Lore DRK's. He rarely aims to kill, so they can't even say the Darkside drives him into a murderous state. His goal is to have people see the good in the darkness, and tries to tell and show people that it's not evil void magicks. So in RP, I think DRK's have a good opportunity to just show people the light in the darkness, in a manner of speaking. Granted, not ever DRK should try to be a chivalrous and good knight if they don't want to. But I think even a stubborn person like Sid would try to convince people that DRK's aren't inherently evil, because of the power they wield. Even if he only did it to keep his little elf child safe. -
[Spoilers] Dark Knights, Am I the Only One?
Draco Nobis replied to -no longer matters-'s topic in RP Discussion
I've RP'd a DRK since 2.0 (As a shieldless PLD). Lucky for me, a lot of the DRK stuff, such as weapon and where the Darkside comes from, was accurate enough to my character. I think they were spying on me /shot Although he isn't such an emotional powered DRK anymore. Unless you count his passion to defend others as emotional drive. But, there have been a few DRK's I've seen that put interesting twists on it. I know Orenji Kharn is an IC DRK although he hides it. Jullienaux is another, and he listed the others I know of. Gunnbjorn was another, but I forgot his character's last name. -
Grand Tournament of the Fury [Idea tossing about]
Draco Nobis replied to Draco Nobis's topic in Chronicled Connections
Some updates then! Update 1: I have decided on a location and time for the event, at least a time that might work. The location for the event will be Behemoth's Dominion in Coerthas Central Highlands. And the current running time will be Friday at 4 PM EST, so our European friends can participate. Time is subject to change. I won't be hosting the first tournament for a while though, as I'm going out of town soon. Update 2: Update to the rules of Jousting. As Attack and defense rolls may make things difficult, I've decided to operate on a 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' system. Since Jousting is the newest of these events, this system is also subject to change. Using rolls as HP values is also something. So I'll give you the choice. Option one is Rock, Paper, scissors. The two contestants send a /tell to their Judge saying what their choice is. If they choose the same thing, it's a clash and neither of them score a point. If one of them picks a winning option though, they will score a point. After receiving the /tells, the Judge will inform both jousters who the winner was and they can post. Option 2 is using the /random to determine HP damage done. Both fighters would have 999 hp, and the first to deal 999 damage wins. If there is a tie in damage, there will be a final roll/clash and whoever rolls highest wins. If someone Random rolls a 999 they instantly dehorse their opponent, unless their opponent rolls the same. If two or more rolls from both contestants reach OVER 999 on the same turn, the one with the highest total number wins. Update 3: The purpose of the Tournament has received a new addition. For IC reasons, the Tournament will also act as a Charity to raise funds to further the repairs of Ishgard. For OOC reasons, people are encouraged to donate Gil or items for the prizes for future Tournaments. After the first tournament concludes, I will decide whether or not it will be something I hold every other month or not, monthly, or once every 3 months. If it's held every other month, or with more time between, the off-month will have a Charity Ball as further celebration and ceremony for the Champions, and to further raise funds for this endeavor. Update 4: I like the idea of having a final bracket to determine who the Grand Champion is, and it would most likely prove a little more believable than someone who's never used a bow in their life, winning the ranged tournament, or a flimsy armed Mage winning the Jousting competition. I'll consider making it a 4 way battle royale, or 2 pairs of 1v1 duels. Update 5: To help with congestion, and in the interest of time, there will be signups prior to each event. Contestants are encouraged to come early and announce that they will be competing, so I can make brackets and things early. Once the event has reached it's actual starting time, there will be a short period of time for last minute signups, then the registration will close. -
Grand Tournament of the Fury [Idea tossing about]
Draco Nobis replied to Draco Nobis's topic in Chronicled Connections
It is a monthly thing, in a manner of speaking. Each week would have a different event, so it wouldn't all be at once. It'd just be like the Grindstone and Runestone, only with a bigger end goal. So for instance, week one would have the Martial Duels, week two would have the Wizard Duels, week three the Archery contest, and week four would have the Jousting and the final ceremony. Prizes would be given out at the end of the month, at the final ceremony. Alternatively, I could try to spread the four events over one week FOR the month, but I feel like that could also prove difficult. -
Grand Tournament of the Fury [Idea tossing about]
Draco Nobis replied to Draco Nobis's topic in Chronicled Connections
Thanks for the responses guys What I need right now is A) A suitable location that could hold all of these events. Right now, the biggest challenge would be finding a place to host the Chocobo Jousting...And figuring out how to make it interesting for the RPers. B) Tweaks and ideas for rules, for maybe the duels and such. Having the Martial Duels and Magic Duels allow Martial or Magical fighters in the opposite duels SOMEWHAT defeats the purpose. But mages need to be able to try for the Grand Champion title. My current running idea is to have the Mage and Martial duels be interchangeable for the title, since both champions can't win the final two events. That way, there'd be a Grand Champion and a Martial/Magical champion. Granted, there won't always be a Grand Champion each tournament. It's meant to be a rare title obtained. C) Supporters and Staff. As it is an Ishgardian Tournament, it's entirely possible to NPC Ishgardian healers or guards, but I would like PC's to play the parts. Naturally, Ishgardian roleplayers would get first pick on those jobs but I'd never restrict it. Mercenaries, and regular folk can be used for either the Healer or Enforcer jobs. There would have to be plenty though. Prize ideas would also be appreciated. Anything from a standard pot of Gil, to Crafted items of significant value. I probably won't be able to provide that myself, since I'm not a Crafter. D) A starting time. As it IS a weekly event like the Grindstone and Runestone (Albeit a different event each week) I'd need a steady and constant start time. Something to maximize time spent there. -
So, some time ago I got the idea that I wanted to host my own Grindstone type thing. And after watching 'A Knight's Tale' I got the idea that...holding an ACTUAL Medieval Tournament would be fun. And since Ishgard is all Knightly and stuff, what better place is there to hold it? So I wanted to run this idea by everyone to get feedback, suggestions, etc before posting it to the RPC. Feel free to reply to the thread with your thoughts. I still need a proper location, and supporters. ----------------------------------- "A short time has passed since the Holy See saw fit to open Ishgard's gates to those of Eorzea. Since then, our peoples have worked together for the betterment of all. To commemorate this union, the Knights most Heavenly have seen fit to hold a Tournament, to better bolster our strengths and cover our weaknesses. Knights, Adventurers and those of all kind are welcome to participate. Whether you fight for your House, Company, or personal glory, you shall be welcomed to compete. This tournament holds events for any sort of combatant, be it Martial mastery, Arcane proficiency, or marksmanship with a bow or firearm. The Tournament shall span over a moon, with a new event each week. Each Event shall have a champion, that will be honored until the next tournament. Should an individual be brave enough to try and Champion all the events, they will be named Grand Champion of the Fury, and given special honors for the next tournament, should they compete. Preparations are being made for this tournament, and soon the final announcement shall be made on when the Grand Tournament of the Fury will be, and where it shall take place." OOC Info: I'm wanting to host an Ishgardian based grand tournament, much like the Grindstone and Runestone, only with...well more, and over a longer span of time. This is what I've got so far for details. There will be 4 events and 4 Champions -Chocobo Jousting/Champion of the Lance -Martial Duels/Champion of the Blade -Wizard Duels/Champion of the Wand -Archery/Marksmanship/Champion of the Range Each week will have a new event, and at the end of the Tournament, the Champions will get a little ceremony. If there's a Grand Champion, they will receive a grand prize and honors until the next tournament, as well as a place at the beginning of the new Tournament. Each event Champion will have the choice to either stay Champion at the beginning of the next tournament, and thus only defend their title at the end of the Event against the semi-finalist, OR they can choose to fight at the bottom of the bracket and re-win their title. Each Event has similar rules, with different flavor. The exception being the Archery/Marksmanship event. Chocobo Jousting: Depending on the number of contestants, there could be multiple lanes open. Two contestants will mount battle Chocobos and arm themselves with a jousting lance. When the flag drops, they will charge and attempt to shatter their lance on their opponent. To win, one of the Jousters must break three lances against their opponent, or knock their opponent off their Chocobo. Rolls will be used to determine hits and misses, much like combat in the Grindstone and Runestone. The only difference being, jousters will be aiming for a threshhold instead of trying to beat the other's roll. Since two jousters breaking lances on each other at the same time isn't uncommon, we figured we'd make it more of a race than trying to counter the other. Jousters will run up to the middle of the line, post, then roll. A roll between 1-300 is a miss. 301-700 is a lance break. Whoever rolls higher will determine who breaks the lance first if the final blow is also a draw. 701-900 is a staggering lance break. If one jouster rolls this, it will stagger their opponent and render their attack null (If they succesfully rolled over 300 but under 700 on their own run). 901+ is a de-horse. A de-horse is an automatic victory for the attacker, so long as the opponent didn't also roll over 900. Martial Duels: Similar to the Jousting event, depending on the number of contestants, there will be multiple battles taking place at once. Lethal force is not permitted, as it is a test of might, not lethality. Duelists can use any form of martial weapon, with the exclusion of magic. Firearms and bows are permitted, so long as the firearm is loaded with non-lethal ammunition or Arcane shots. Arrows must be aimed at non-lethal locations. If a Mage from the Wizard duels wishes to participate in the Martial tournament, they may be selected by a Martial duelist to be their opponent with the understanding that they will be facing magic instead of steel. Rolls will be used to determine hits and misses, and combatants will go up to three strikes, or until one person yields. Wizard Duels: Similar to the other events, depending on the number of contestants, there will be multiple battles taking place at once. Lethal force is not permitted, as it is a test of Magical talent, not lethality. Mages can use any form of Arcane arts, so long as they are not powerful enough to destroy their opponent or damage the arena or bystanders. Summoners are restricted to a singular summon. If the Summon is destroyed, they cannot summon another. White Mages and Scholars are not allowed to heal themselves until after the battle. Since the Scholar's fairy is incapable of fighting, it has no set ban. It can be used to shield or block attacks (for flavor). Summons have no set hit pool, and can be used for flavor or singular attacks. If a Summoner attacks with his Summon, it will be considered as one hit. If a Summon is to be destroyed, the opponent must declare his intention through his post. Should a Melee fighter from the Martial Duels try and compete, for a chance to become Grand Champion, they must be selected by a mage to be their opponent with the understanding they will be fighting steel, not spells. Rolls will determine hits and misses, and three hits, or a yield, determines the victor. Archery/Marksmanship: Unlike the other events, this is not a combat event. Archers and Machinists will be placed in a line and fire at targets in groups of six (Or higher, depending on the number of contestants). Rolls will be used, using /random. Shooters will get three shots, trying to hit the bullseye. 999 is a bullseye, and anything bellow 100 is a miss. At the end of the shooting, scores will be tallied. Anything bellow 100 will be ignored, and the top four (Or more, if the group is large) will move on to the next round. Scoring a bullseye will automatically put you into the next round. In the final round, the last two shooters will be placed on the same target. Whoever rolls the highest in total wins the round. If a Machinist or Archer rolls the same number as their opponent, at any time after the shot was made, they will nullify that shot and take it for themselves. If a Melee fighter or Wizard wishes to enter the Marksmanship event, for a chance to become Grand Champion, they will be provided a firearm and shown how to use it. No exceptions will be made. The one with the highest score wins, and is named Champion. Each Champion of each event will be given the choice of participating in the next cycle of their event in the fullest, or wait until the end to defend their title. The Grand Champion, should there be one, will have the honor of starting the next tournament and choosing his place in each of the events. At the end of the month, when the Tournament is over after the last event, there will be a Ceremony and the champions/Grand Champion will be awarded their Prize and have their names/name added to the list of The Fury's Champions.

Hey there! Originally, I wasn't going to say anything because I was going to China, and didn't want to inconvenience you. But, since the trip is canceled I could potentially help. My character, Draco Nobis, is a Dark Knight and has been (ICly at least) since 2.0 launched, although there are slight differences between himself and the other Dark Knights. Since I started him as a DRK before there was any concrete lore, his powers are a little different, but I've since tweaked him a bit to match FFXIV's Dark Knights, with minor adjustments to keep him a bit as he was before DRK came out. His philosophies are also different from those of Fray and Sidurgu. For instance, he isn't one to encourage negativity as fuel for the Darkness, but he is aware it is a vital step in learning. He has already faced his inner Darkness and conquered it, and is training another Dark Knight at the moment, so he is capable. If you'd like to hit me up in game or on here, I can discuss more with you.

I as well would like to join! Draco is already technically a Knight, although he will have to re-validate his title on Ishgard for reasons, and as Reima's loyal protector and teacher, I SHALL FOLLOW!

Kodoro (Joke Character) Theme RiD34PcnExc Stage Description The stage would probably be an almost cartoonish looking field, complete with crayon colored sky, sun, and clouds. The sun and clouds shaped like Chocobo heads or full Chocobos. Moveset Description Kodoro is a very clumsy and somewhat Derpy Chocobo. He fights with Chocobo kicks, pecks, and the occasional full body tackle. All with happy, derpy 'Kweh's to give. Special Moves (or Limit Breaks if you wanna be fancy) Special 1 - Chocobo Rush: Kodoro charges the enemy and headbutts them, carrying them until they both crashed into a solid object, or until the cast time ran out, throwing the enemy. Special 2 - Summon Draco: Kodoro gives out a distressed cry, calling Draco into the field. Draco delivers a fierce combo on the enemy with his greatsword, to defend his Chocobo companion, before launching the enemy and returning to Kodoro. Kodoro gives a happy cry before kicking Draco into the opponent, knocking them both flat and de-summoning Draco. Special 3 - Chocobo Spin: Kodoro runs forward and trips, beginning to roll after the foe at alarmingly increasing speeds (Imagine Sonic's spindash) before slamming into them and flattening them. Special 4 - Limit Break - Chocobo Stampede: Kodoro gives a few Kwehs out into the air and charges at the enemy, soon joined by a rainbow of other Chocobos that trample the opponent. Special 5 - Limit Break 2 - Chocobo Meteor: Kodoro delivers a combo to the enemy, knocking them flat before running off screen. As the opponent begins to stand, they look up as the sky turns red, and Kodoro rides Dalamud down into them, breaking the arena. Assist Move: If called as an assist, Kodoro will perform Chocobo Spin on the enemy before using Choco Heal on the summoner, then vanishes. Nemesis He's a Chocobo, what do YOU thing? Intro Quotes General 1: "Kweh!" General 2: "Kweh!" General 3: "Kweh!" Win Quotes General 1:"Kweh~!" General 2:"Kweh~!" General 3:"Kweh~!" Lose Quotes General 1: "Kweh..." General 2: "Kweh..." General 3: "Kweh..."

Aramis Nobis Theme VF6wjw-85Zk Stage Description The stage would most likely be somewhere in Coerthas. Probably on top of the observatorium, or a 'Levelution' level involving the entire building. Moveset Description Aramis isn't exactly a trained warrior. He relies more on instinct than finesse, hoping to just slash his opponents to bits. He'd probably stumble once or twice during his moves, getting lucky and hitting at the same time. He wields a longsword that's a little heavier than what he can handle, and wears some oversized armor that doesn't quite sit right. So he's kind of a mess of a fighter. Special Moves (or Limit Breaks if you wanna be fancy) Special 1 - I've got you now!: He charges in towards his opponent and lunges at them, the enemy easily side stepping his stab. Aramis blinks and quickly turns around, accidentally slashing the enemy backwards before the fight resumes. Special 2 - Retaliation!: Aramis enters a defensive stance, initiating a counter segment. If struck during this move, he'll slash up and outwards at the foe to launch them. Special 3 - No Mercy!: He slashes the enemy skyward before jumping up and doing a midair somersault, and slashing the enemy until they both land. Special 4 - Limit Break - Reckless Barrage: Aramis charges his foe, eyes closed, and swings randomly slashing the enemy repeatedly before cracking an eye open and pushing them over. Nemesis Ella Razaul (Kind of) Intro Quotes General 1: Aramis stretches and hops in place, grinning from ear to ear as he pulls his longsword off his back. "Alright! Time to show you how a real hero fights!" "Don't think I'm gonna hold back on you!" General 2: Aramis takes a step back, gripping his sword tightly, trying to look like he isn't slightly afraid. "N-Now just hold on a second..." "You want to fight ME!? Y-You're asking for it!" General 3: Aramis slides onscreen, grinning, before slipping and falling on his face. He quickly gets up and looks around. "Oh man, you saw that!? You better not tell anyone!" "Uhh...All part of my plan! Let's go!" VS Draco Nobis: "D-Dad! Oh c'mon...J-Just go easy on me!" VS Liliana Nazareth: "Huh...I feel like I know you..." VS Ella Razaul: "A hero doesn't cry, jerk! Let's do this!" VS Lanza Razaul: "So you're Ella's dad? Time to teach you a lesson!" VS Mirror Match: "There's only room for one Aramis in this world!" Win Quotes General 1: Aramis twirls his longsword and rests it on his shoulder, grinning. "And that's how it's done!" General 2: Aramis sighs with relief and flops backwards into a seated position on the ground. "That was a close one..." General 3: Aramis looks around before trying to sneak off screen without saying anything. VS Draco Nobis: "I...I won? Woohoo! Now I'm just like you!" VS Liliana Nazareth: "A-Are you ok lady? Oh man, dad's gonna kill me..." VS Ella Razaul: "Now who's crying? Hehe." VS Lanza Razaul: "That's what you get!" VS Mirror Match: "Looks like I'M the real deal!" Lose Quotes General 1: Aramis grunts as he's dissarmed, stumbling to a knee as his sword lands behind him. "N-No way..." General 2: He turns and starts running away, leaving his sword behind. "D-DAAAAD!" General 3: Aramis rubs the back of his head, looking embarrassed as his eyes tear up. He covers his eyes with his arm and sniffles. "O-Oh man...now you're going to tell everyone..." VS Draco Nobis: "O-Ouch...guess I still have a ways to go, huh dad..." VS Liliana Nazareth: "For a lady...you hit hard..." VS Ella Razaul: "*sniffle* S-Shut up! I'm n-not crying!" VS Lanza Razaul: "Hurk...t-too strong..." VS Mirror Match: "D-Did...Did I just beat myself up?"

Draco Nobis Theme 8YcIMT2hTeg Stage Description The Gateway to Oblivion - It would look a lot like the final boss area for Lost City of Amdapor, minus the flying demon and void doors. The backdrop would be a purple and black sky with ruins floating in the background. Moveset Description Draco is very much a powerhouse fighter. As a Master-at-arms, and a Dark Knight, he has multiple weapons at his disposal, and which one he would use would depend on the combo initiated. Light Lance Combo: A medium range series of quick attacks that deal low damage, stunning the opponent before he sends them flying backwards with a heavy upwards thrust. Medium Longsword Combo: This one is a bit slower, but hits more. It's his standard combo as well, dealing medium damage and medium knockback/stun. It would involve a lot of slashes and end with a cross slash and a blast of Dark Fire from his hand to launch his opponent. Heavy Greatsword Combo: The slowest but hardest hitting combo. It'd be easy to dodge at first, but if you mess up you're in for a world of pain. It'd involve a trio of heavy slashes to lock the enemy in place and deal high damage, before ending with a stab that goes through the opponent and roots them, before he swings upwards to send them skyward. Special Moves (or Limit Breaks if you wanna be fancy) Special 1 - Dark Barrage: Draco hops back a step and launches a wild barrage of Dark Firagas at his opponent, juggling and launching them backwards/upwards/downwards depending on where he is positioned. Can be done from the air or ground. Special 2 - Unlock Armor: This enables Draco's Dark Knight armor, giving him temporary immunity to flinching and increasing his damage output. Even though he can't be launched or flinch, he will take higher damage during this special. This also gives him the ability to do short range teleports via Dark Corridors, black Darkness portals he can open. Special 3 - Blade of Retribution: Can only be done with Longsword or Greatsword equipped. Draco rushes forward and slams the pommel of his weapon into the enemy, stunning them, before unleashing a flurry of blows (Akin to rage of halone only...more) and ending with a sliding dash that goes clean through the enemy. With a flourish he slashes his blade down, and the enemy takes the hits and damage before the fight resumes. Special 4 - Embrace Oblivion: His 'Limit Break' if you will. He extends his hand and collects Darkness around his foe that forms a transparent-ish sphere. After saying the name of the move, he'd clench his fist and the sphere would implode on itself, crushing his enemy. Special 5 - Holding Back: His damage with any given weapon or special (Except Oblivion) would be reduced, however he'd slowly begin to recover HP and has a speed bonus for the duration.
