Because the cutest. I like Roes quite a bit too, but not picking Lala for my main would just be against my principles. Maybe a temporary trip to the land of beef if SE ever feels like throwing another free Fantasia at me.

Most of my webcomics are just things I've been reading since grade school and keep up with out of tradition, but I've got a couple. Paranatural, weird kids and weirder ghosts. Hilarious, hits you hard in the emotions when it wants to, and the art takes a huuuuge leap forward as you go. Cucumber Quest, adorable bunny children on a Paper Mario-esque quest to get shinies from all the kingdoms of the world so they can save it. GGDG's style is soooo gorgeous, she's way too good with colours.

Views on RP combat and injuries: Rorojayu is unlikely to fight anyone, but if he gets thrown into something please ask me in advance about any lasting injuries. I don't care if we use rolls or not. He certainly could use some friends. If you want to play a family member (unlikely, but whatever) just let me know. Views on lore: I'm not a perfect lore adherent because that's hard, but I won't incorporate any serious lore-breaking into Roro's character. If you are some sort of walking lore massacre werewolf Jedi shinigami NetNavi then that's pretty sweet though, I'll play with you as long as it respects the boundaries of other players. Lust vs Chastity Maybe a little on the side of chastity, if only because his desires don't have such a lustful level of intensity. Still, he doesn't abstain from things for abstinence's sake. Gluttony vs Temperance With regards to himself, temperance in some areas (living in a simple inn room) to allow himself gluttony in others (buying clothes, mainly). But his lack of self-awareness generally doesn't extend to satisfying himself at the expense of others. Greed vs Charity Probably leaning towards greed. He loves clothes. Other belongings don't mean much to him, but he can't go to the market without finding something new he wants to try on. The only remarkable aspect of his room, even though he's rented it for over a year, is that Mother Miounne gave him a couple of old extra wardrobes from the basements so he'd have enough space for everything. But he's not without charity, he's as much of a sucker as the WoL as far as accepting crappy jobs with no payment go. Sloth vs Diligence Though he works enough to support himself and doesn't let others down when his work involves them, he's more of a sloth type, happy to spend entire days doing nothing or close to it. Wrath vs Patience Much more on the side of patience. He's capable of anger, and has to be capable of violence for much of the work he's offered, but for the most part he's unlikely to be angry with others, no matter how they treat him. Envy vs Kindness He would never steal someone's clothes! He's an adventurer, not a treasure hunter. Pride vs Humility Definitely humility. He's proud of the things he's good at, even if they usually aren't things other people understand him having pride in, but people he seriously considers himself better than have got to be total scumbags. Does your character lean more towards the Sins or the Virtues? Virtues, really. Even the ones he's sinnier on aren't that bad. Which Sin does your character most emulate? Greed or sloth. Which Virtue does your character most emulate? Patience. Which of these Sins or Virtues do you and/or your character believe they need to work on the most? Roro: Has easily lost track of the first few sins by the time you get to the last one, and can't give any particularly good answers anyway. Me: I don't want to say he's too patient, but it's the one that could most easily become an issue for him. (My sin is not being able to answer these with numerical values at all...)

I really ought to level archer past 15 one of these days, but physical classes are just so sweaty. Anyway, thank you for the responses. I'll make sure I've got some sort of explanation ready in case my gear choices confuse anyone.

Whoops, sorry! I wasn't actually concerned about them being unique/untradable, I just wanted the discussion to have a less boring title than "Equipment!" Most of my sets, cosmetic or otherwise, have at least a couple pieces that my character probably wouldn't have access to. This is a little less blatant with some pieces (Immortal Flames skirt) than it is with others (Ironworks Robe). So I just wanted to hear a little bit about how people with MMO RP experience feel about these things.

Question barrage! Regarding equipment with specific origins, like Coil, Rowena, or Grand Companies, If your character is wearing it, is that where they got it ICly? Is it even the actual equipment it's supposed to be, a replica, or just something unrelated to represent what they dress like? Has playing with others who don't match up with you ever caused any problems?

That was fast! Thanks for the welcomes, crashes, and ruffles. (It is so fluffy! I play on PS3 because my PC has issues, but I logged on PC to get a screencap for my avatar and the hair was even cuter than usual. Can't wait to upgrade to PS4.)

Hello! I've been playing since March, and the RP community has tempted me a lot so I've finally taken the plunge and transferred. My MMO background is mainly Guild Wars and City of Heroes, with a bunch of random F2Ps sprinkled in here and there. As for RP, I couldn't tell you how much time I've spent making icons for my characters on LJ. But all of those things were a fairly long time ago, so making a comeback in one demands one for the other, right? I'm still changing half of Roro's character traits every five minutes, but I look forward to bringing my little space case out into the world soon. Please take good care of us!
