[This is strictly OOC and not to be used IC.] [The text is scrawled on yellowing, writing somewhat messy, a huge black stain mars most of the page however the text avoids it and is still visible, there is a poorly drawn image of a moogle in the corner.] Gods Brygid, where to start, today was so eventful, I'm writing this from a bed in Corvus Cinis' HQ! Today I met with Ariel and Yssen at our HQ, Owl's Nest to talk about what happened yesterday. Apparently the big boss came by earlier, but I missed her by a few bells. Ariel had that weird Lalafell following her again, oh, funny story actually; I thought his voice coming through one of my linkpearls was that one guy I went out with last night, you know, Wood Wailer #4, not to be confused with Wood Wailer #3. I got so excited, it would have been one of the few guys who contacted me the next morning. But I thought wrong, it was that weirdass Lalafell, what a let down. But anyway he contacted me to let me know of the meeting taking place at Owl's Nest. Everytime Ariel talks about the future it seems like she's not fully sincere about it, like, I feel she's not including herself in it or something. During the meeting we got our stipends and - [black stain starts here] [black stain ends here] Oh gods, I spilled ink on the sheets, black ink! Currently I hid them under the bed, maybe nobody will find them until much later. But then it'll stain for sure that way won't it? Judging by the dress Corvus' leader Alothia was wearing yesterday I'd say she has money to spare, and what's one sheet? If I prayed to Nymeia would she make it go away? Nah, she'd probably say "You're that one weirdo who only prays to Menphina, if at all, so get out of my face before I poke your eye with my needle." Oh wait, what if I just dyed the whole sheet black, then they wouldn't be able to tell I made a stain to begin with, then I could say "It wasn't an accident, I made it like that." Let's see, I have red, yellow, and grey ink in my pack right now. Grey is like black's brother or something right? Let me just dab a little bit on there.. nope, it's nothing close to black, psh, a lot of good learning colors at the Acorn Orchard did me. If anything, grey is more like black's adopted brother. Screw it, I'll just leave gil in the room to replace it. But where was I? Oh right the stipends, I got quite a sizable sum of gil! I wager I could at least ride the airships maybe twenty-ish times with this sum, most of the airship boarding officials know me by name, so that's nice because they always give me a discount. But I guess I can't take the airship to Ul'dah anymore, apparently Shimmersong and some other companies are being sought after by Ul'dahn officials. This leads me to my next paragraph! I was a witness at a murder! Yssen and I were supposed to meet each other at the Mineral Concern for a drink, and a manly heart to heart maybe. I wore a hooded robe since I'm not supposed to be in Ul'dah. I heard a scuffle behind the panels dancers change behind, I was slightly drunk, so I decided to check it out. I don't remember the scene much, but I think it was something like an elezen woman who beheaded one of the dancers! Thankfully (and unthankfully) there was an Uldahn Flames official who came to arrest her, we both drew our weapons at her, however we put them away when she threatened to harm innocents, she's still out there somewhere, that frightens me. The nice galka from Corvus Cinis arrived shortly after that incident, Sydalyr, and supported me even when I was being detained as a suspect in the murder. He brought me back to Corvus' HQ and this is how I got here. No, he's not in bed next to me Brygid! I did hug him prior to departing to our own separate bedroom, and he froze, I'm not sure what to make of it really. Did I smell bad or something? Nope, I just checked... Hey! That ink blot kinda looks like a moogle! [insert poorly drawn inkblot moogle here] -Gerik ps. This morning I woke up with ink all over me, I guess I must have fallen asleep with the sheet over me! I don't even know how I can leave my room like this. But maybe this is a good thing, rather than arrest me for being in Ul'dah, maybe the blades will laugh until they piss themselves and let me go. pps. It's late morning and I haven't left the room yet because there is ink on my face. INK ON MY FACE. What do I do?

I've never named any of my other sketchbooks before, maybe they'll feel left out, guess I should name them too. That being said, I guess I haven't ever written in a book made for sketching. Is this the part where I introduce myself? I guess that's what people are supposed to write, right? Anyway, I'm Gerik Brynn Aston, currently 24, and I'm currently writing this from the Shimmersong headquarters. Sheesh, it's been what, one, two weeks since I've been inducted and I've already nearly died twice. But, the pay is good, and I've actually come to really like Ariel and Yssen. At first Ariel seemed like she'd be difficult to deal with, during my interview I really thought she wasnt gonna let me in. Yssen on the other hand is kind of a complete mystery, I think the most he's talked to me about was to tell me to not leak information about out client or their assignments. It was my fault though, asked Kylin about his mansion, since it got destroyed and all. But anyway, I said it in front of this Miqo'te chick... Arson might have been her name, or maybe Ayson, I can't remember, this was like a week ago. Am I rambling? Probably. I'm sitting here in my underwear at the same table I was interviewed at because I'm looking at whatever remains from the gash I got from this ghost (long story and I'm much too lazy to explain). I wonder how Ariel or Yssen would react if they walked in, I'm sure they'll be fine, I mean it's not like I look THAT bad in just my underwear.. I mean it is like near dawn and I didn't bring pajamas, I slept on one of the infirmary beds tonight, it's sort of comfortable. I'm not sure whether I prefer sleeping in a tree or a bed. I have something that's bothering me, Kylin went with his crazyass father to Ishgard. Why would you do that? Maybe I just cant relate since I don't really have Family anymore. Maybe he has emotional issues, but then again, who doesn't. Apparently his father pretty much got us banned for UlDah, that's kind of dirty. Well technically I should avoid UlDah anyway, ever since the scandal with THAT guy. Sketchbook, if you ever have the opportunity to sleep with a rich guy, you turn around and run as fast as you can. But speaking of rich men... Honestly the thought of Kylin and I has crossed my mind, he seemed suave enough when we 'officially' met the other day (same day with Arson chick), but I just think that hed need to sort out his issues first. If I were into women I'd definitely go after his sister though, she seems much more emotionally stable, and who wouldnt like that in a woman? Okay, I admit I'm being sexist, you happy now sketchbook? You're a really bitchy sketchbook you know that? I'm gonna name youuuu Brygid, just cause I feel like if you were a real person you'd feel the need to give me fashion advice and it would be terrible, but you wouldn't care, cause you're a bitch. Pps - There's a sale on Rothlyt Oysters in Limsa Lominsa next week. MUST. BUY. Oh gods, I'm already salivating thinking about them. Maybe I'll prepare some and bring it to the Corvus group, I wonder if Lalafells like fresh oysters.

As discussed with Mihana, Aysun Ayson, Leanna, and Reiry. Originally was going to make the injured Miqote Reiry, but I couldn't find her picture, so I changed it to Mihana instead. I changed the Leanna wedgie idea into Miyuki's lollipop being stolen. That dastardly Ayson! inb4 I was lazy with line quality. Also everyone is in heels! Decided to try and experiment with a new style in photoshop. Aysun was my test subject. I drew a pencil sketch of her earlier, but I didn't like the hair, but I promised her I'd upload it, but I ended up thinking it was kinda fugly, so I hope this makes up for it. I kind of like this style though, kinda like real painting, but not. I may have taken some creative liberties in designing the lingerie for her.
