Greetings everyone! On September 3rd 8:00pm EST, The Whispering Baroness (Mist ward 6 plot 5) is planning on hosting a game show! What game show is it? The Dating Game! Three rivals will be pitted against each other, answering a potential date’s questions. We plan on hosting a few of these over time, so if you do not get chosen, do not fret! Your time will come! We have application forms for each role; the role of a contestant, and the role of a rival. What is the difference you ask? For the role of a rival, you and two others will compete to win a date with the contestant. Compete how? Answer their questions of course! The kicker is, they will not be able to see you, and you will not be able to see them. You gotta win them over by the sound of your voice, and the answers you give! For the role of the contestant, you will be given a list of questions to ask the rivals. Based on their answers, you will get to choose one of them to go on a date with you when the time runs out, or you asked all the questions you wanted and have made up your mind. For the first episode, a contestant will already be chosen. We will only be searching for rivals for this round, so please fill out this Rival Form. I'd love for someone to help me get used to MMO RPing! Also; someone to help develop my characters as well. I'm always horrible at coming up with backgrounds/lore whatnot for any of my characters. I've got personalities and how they will evolve, but not much else! And the Idea of a "blind date" would be interesting... Especially for my Miquo'te... hurhurhur. I've got two characters. Yes, yes they should. Considering its entirely possible to either transfer an image to a USB thumbdrive (or even email it to yourself if you need) on a PS3, they really should. That aside, I just use the default PS3 controller scheme. I know, kind of scrubby but I tried keyboard and mouse only to find that I'm infinitely faster on my controller. This is only because of my console gaming background. (I'm sorry, master-race! I'm trying to get into PC gaming, building a rig is just to expensive right now) Edit: Mind you, I'm using prior experience in MMOs to say that I'm better on a controller. I only made minor adjustments to my UI... Mostly the things that went off-screen !

This is Niricko Uldess. Still developing the character. But what i know for sure is that she's very shy and seldom talks to people. Her main way of communicating are subtle nods, pointing, bowing/kneeling and waving. She's more of a silent crafter that really enjoys the woods. This is Fate Lhas. Still under development... but i know for sure that he's a flirty bastard. Interested in anything that will take interest in him. Will try to sweet talk you, and fail miserably in most cases.

I think... I had asked myself this question a few years ago... I think it was FFXIV... or a different MMO. There is a severe shortage of pants in MMORPGs...

Hiya everyone! I'm Lauren~ --MMORPG background I've been playing MMORPGs for a few years, (about 10) and only actually tried RPing in them three years ago with FFXIV and Aion Online. First MMO was Ragnarok Online... was addicted to that for four years. Then moved on to random MMOs that were free to play. I also have a tiny bit of experience with FFXI. I played FFXIV for the first year of its release, then stopped. ARR Will be me, returning to the game after that, on the PS3. My computer can't handle many games anymore, sadly. --RP experience My experience in RP.... I've done chatroom RP, forum RP, tabletop RP and actual LARP. So I've been RPing for 15 years now. --Character ideas/info .Uhh... None really... I tend to be really lazy on this part... But once I get to it, I only have an idea on how to act them out, and not much on a background or anything. --How did you learn about the coalition? Google!~ --What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? Light, medium, or heavy? Aiming to go for a Medium RP-er ingame. --Anything from real life you're comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc) I work in the videogame industry as a tester. My shifts are pretty brutal, having to be at work at 7am. But then i get off at 3:30pm and i have the rest of the day Ito do what I like~ Its a full time job, and has Overtime on a day to day basis, so my schedule can be a little hectic. On Tuesdays, I have a DnD/Pathfinder group I play with. Been doing that for four years. So I most likely won't be online Tuesdays. At all. Right now, I'm just looking to dive into the game and interact with other players on an RP basis. Get into a group and quest/level together. I'm in on this game on my own. I got no friends playing with me, sadly. I hope to join an LS or Grand company soon-ish~ I will make friends~:moogle:
