Please forgive my absence, I was attending a convention in town and only recently returned home today. For those interested in working at Ambrosia I plan to be online the couple of days, in the evening times though. Certainly, the character would have to either audition or be interviewed depending of course on what position you want to place them in. All dancers/performers must be auditioned by Y'Vali herself. While the other positions will be intereviewd by Aoelus'a. Which position did you want to fill? Do you simply want an invite to be a patron at the club or were you looking to get hired and work at Ambrosia?

There have been instances where some tribes have more than one Nunh. EDIT: Where are all the tribal Miqo women on Gilgamesh? I've seen far more "city cats" and I'm starting to get worried no one chose the tribal route save for a handful that I have seen around.

Hello Hello wonderful people! Still looking for performers for Ambrosia as well as wait staff. Need some dedicated people on board as I am hoping to have our Grand Opening this month. Details to come later of course.

So glad to see this up finally. I'm thinking I might place this on the Ambrosia LS thread page just so to keep everyone up to date on whats going on. And while no on knows about the how and why ICly, it could at least become a rumor of ownership change or something.

I'd argue the opposite. If someone focuses on one character and does everything on that character then that serves to bring about stagnation and a diluted experience for all those involved. All too often I see people make awkward and very contrived excuses as to why their character is going to travel halfway across the continent to attend an event that they really have no business attending. This is why alts are good: I have a civilian character for civilian based affairs and more combat orientated characters for more dangerous situations. It serves to enrich the experience. I only have one character and that is only due to my own horrid experiences with splitting up time between two or more at a time. Talk about having romantic involvements and people complaining about not spending time with your character and ow they haven't seen so and so because you never log on to him/her. Also I personally am not capable of keeping up with all the fun stories I would want to act out with different characters. But alas to each their own. Now then to the OP! Echoing what everyone else has said, I would definitely encourage LS involvement. It truly is the gateway to meeting new people and learning about their FC's icly then making a decision that is not only best for you but best for your character as well. Good luck to you! A hand was offered towards the woman, fingers being extended ever so slightly as her head was tipped in greeting. That would be my example of how I chose to roleplay, often times i add in things the reader may not necessarily need to know. But it a writing style I have developed and very much like. I find that there are others who enjoy it as well. To each his/her own I suppose. Making such a bold statement as "You're not writing a novel" is rather presumptuous I would think. When I write I am doing so in such a way, sometimes subconsciously, that I can take the roleplay and transcribe it for my blog. My readers enjoy the way I write. Does it make me a bad roleplayer for doing so? Well that is a question to ask those who chose to rp with me. I've gotten nothing but compliments so far so I see no reason to stop or adjust my writing style in anyway. Again. To each his/her own.

From what I've seen of Limsa (since its where I spend most of my time there ICly) The Bismarck, the area outside of the Inn (cant quite remember what that's called). If you feel so inclined to venture out, I have an establishment called Ambrosia in Hidden Falls outside of Costa Del Sol. All are welcome of course! The location is temporary but we have a bar and the like for the weary traveler.

This looks absolutely fantastic and definitely solidifies my thought to purchase a house to host Ambrosia in! I am a bit nervous about the cost of all the different houses. These structures do however look to be very customizable and I hope the options shown where but a few choices given to us. As to the question raised in this thread about every character having a home. While I don't think they will all have one, there will be quite a few with homes. Or perhaps they will do as I am and have housing set for my IC establishment. I think it just depends on the PC and what they feel is right for their character.
