-no longer matters- Posted July 29, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 29, 2015 Does anyone know if there's an Item database with HQ images? Trying to find the perfect sword for War Siren, essentially I want something that is massive and looks like it weighs a ton. Right now I'm using The LT. Immortal Flames Sword skin, and I do like it, but it's stil a bit on the short side. Additionally if anyone has any recommendations (Not the Titan Sword, I don't want a Rock Crag on a stick! haha. But I do want that size!) and where to farm them I'd be game! Like I said I want something Massive and thick, I would love a larger version of the Immortal Flames sword if that was even possible! **edit** Just to emphasize I'm not looking for any thin Blades I want them to be thick and look like they are heavy. (Example - I feel Deathbringer is to Thin. Behemoth King Sword is perfect thickness, but that's going to take awhile.) Link to comment
Gegenji Posted July 29, 2015 Share #2 Posted July 29, 2015 I've been using the Baldur Blade on Judge for that sort of effect. Simple, large... but I see a lot of folks using it. Alternatively, you could see if you can get the one from Syrcus Tower tomestones? It's basically the Burtgang as a greatsword... but I don't know how easy/hard that's going to be to get now that we're off the tomestones you used to buy it with. Hrm. Link to comment

Devyn Piper Posted July 29, 2015 Share #4 Posted July 29, 2015 Note sure if you looked here already, but many of the weapons have user uploaded images on the Lodestone: http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/item/ Link to comment

Devyn Piper Posted July 29, 2015 Share #7 Posted July 29, 2015 Oooooo.... there are some really nice looking DK weapons there. The "Arondight" might fit what you're looking for. Or any of the "guillotine" weapons. Link to comment
-no longer matters- Posted July 29, 2015 Author Share #8 Posted July 29, 2015 There seems to be no images of this or info on how to get anyone know anything? http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/item/08cfd42682f/ The icon image looks perfect Link to comment
Gegenji Posted July 29, 2015 Share #9 Posted July 29, 2015 Arondight is Big Burtgang, yeah. As for that one, Siren, I think that's probably the one you get from Hunt Seals from the Flames vendor. Link to comment

Where is the hunt Vendor? Link to comment
Devyn Piper Posted July 29, 2015 Share #11 Posted July 29, 2015 It doesn't look like ANYONE knows how to get it. My guess is that it will be available through obtaining a higher rank in the Immortal Flames and that it isn't available yet since the higher ranks haven't been unlocked yet. Link to comment

He should be to the left of the rest of the Immortal Flame crew in that little area to the left of the Ul'dahn Aetheryte. Over by the Hunt Board. Link to comment
Reiner Dorn Posted July 29, 2015 Share #13 Posted July 29, 2015 If I'm not mistaken that should be the hunt vendor. Link to comment

Sounsyy Posted July 29, 2015 Share #15 Posted July 29, 2015 Flame Elite's Guillotine is purchased from the GC Hunt Vendor stationed in the Immortal Flame HQ in Ul'dah. I believe the weapons cost 1,750 Allied Seals, which are obtained by killing Lv50 Hunts in the old zones, not from Heavensward. Arondight is the Soldiery tomestone weapon. However, Soldiery can no longer be obtained, but you can likely still purchase the sword from the Poetics vendor in Mor Dhona, or the woman next to her. I'd try looking in those places first for the Arondight. Edit: Or just buy the craftable Arondight. Forgot they made craftable versions of all the old soldiery gear. Link to comment

Jana Posted July 30, 2015 Share #17 Posted July 30, 2015 That's assuming your character is already in Immortal Flames, of course. I've been saving up since 3.0 came out for the Flames Elite gun. Also, keep in mind that the Soldiery weapon will look a little different in the colors of the little details, as well as the upgraded soldiery-weapons having a glow that the craftables lack. You can preview them all at Mor Dhona, and the tokens can be bought for 65 Poetics. Link to comment
