Personally, the tank lb would be -much- more useful if the % was higher for all levels.

 

Sometimes that o-shit moment isn't enough when you hit it. (Remember when people hit Tank LB during Garuda? lol)

 

I think as it is it could be completely reworked because if you use it the cost is greater then just the limit meter, it costs that big attack/heal also. I think it would not be as bad if it gave the same DEF buff to the party it gives now, with an added buff for the Tanks and an All Enemies Provoke for the LB caster. Turn that oh shit moment around. However that sort of power is the only way I see it being useful outside of coil.
