As fun as that was, I just looked at my account info and Skype charged 60$ to my paypal account without my consent. I didn't even tell them my paypal account! Not sure if I'm gonna use that again

I have altitis, even in FFXI I had 6 characters. In FFXIV I'll have 3. I like playing different races in different cities, see if anything changes.

Zane, I'm pretty much in the same boat you are, as are a lot of people. That is why people are panicking, word has to spread fast that a server has been decided on.

Just an idea someone on here came up with. It's a pretty confusing system, but you know, people panic when it's time to pick where to go. Friends are easily split up and all. I'm really just hoping SE puts out the server names soon and everyone can feel more at ease.

Who were you on ARP? I joined ARP about a week before they voted on servers. It was pretty Toxic, and then got confusing as hell when NCsoft pulled their own poll. It will probably get hairy here since everyone has friends they want to play with. The best solution is to do it as soon as possible, even without server names. Someone mentioned just stating a letter like "We'll go to the server with the Z as the first name" and that would actually work (Unless there's no Z ) or something similar. That way those who are rolling with friends can EASILY go "I'm going to this server, come follow me! :)" Unfortunately it seems like a convoluted situation and this way, while easiest, is the most confusing. The council voting is fine but freelancers should get represented in the vote. Basically the sooner we can pick a server the better. The reason why Aion was so hairy was because it took FOREVER to get the poll up over which server we would go to... even with the beta servers being named exactly the same. The sooner it gets done the less of a problem their will be. People can mobilize friends and everything once it's decided. I HOPE SE has the foresight to give us server names soon (Or that the servers are the same names as Beta) Expect complications, absolutely...

I really won't be there to rp, maybe mingle a bit, but mostly to report bugs. I did the same in Aion, didn't touch RP till launch, just looked at the lore and looked for bugs while in Beta

I had to narrow my list from 6 to 3, but you know what? No one can RP 6 characters regularly . I managed to do so with 3 on Aion, so this is just keeping me in check

Mmm Customizable Chocobos would be really awesome. As long as they don't have mounts like FFXI before Choco Breeding came out, I don't care what they give us ("Here you can rent one, and if your in the middle of no where TOO BAD! Have fun runnin.")

For the last 7 years, I've used one model for my usual main, Armi. Hitomi Yoshizawa I always used her features because she was both cute and sultry and looked fun to hang around. Armi is always human or human looking as well. This time though, she's Elezen. Lucky for me as Yossi (Hitomi's nickname) got older she's become more lithe and elf like. Armi in FFXI: Armi in WoW: Armi in Aion: (That's Fillion in the back, modeled after Nathan Fillion ) It'll be fun trying to recreate her in FFXIV

I scored a 2400. I need a video card upgrade though. I think the benchmark is a little extreme, my computer never has a problem running anything and it's saying it will only run on default setting...
