I'd say it's really up to you and what you want out of the game. I ended up creating my own FC because I wanted an experience that was more than just roleplay. So far it's been great, the beginning period was definitely an adjustment of revolving doors with people who weren't ready to commit but now we've got a small group that feels like home. I definitely found that there were moments where I got discouraged but my officer team was solid and helped me through that ♥

I wouldn't say the listings here are the best indicators for how active Balmung or Mateus are since most people use Discord far more to advertise. From what I've seen they are both pretty neck and neck with activity levels and events. Honestly with World visiting finding roleplay usually isn't an issue so long as you pick a server on the Crystal Data center. Best of luck getting on to whichever server you ultimately decide on!

Also remember to throw on your RP tag when you do go places, I often will start an RP scene with people if I see they have the tag up. Otherwise I won't bother, lol.

It's not always like this so I think you'd be fine to make one.
