Amongst those types mentioned, I'd be looking at: Action, Adventure, Romance, Drama. I do enjoy emotional RP. In smaller doses, slice of life, since we all need a break from the big stuff, or taxing stuff. Hello all! So I am posting this because I really like to RP, really really do. However, I'm having trouble making connections and trying to find the right FC to join! I know there is a list of FCs here, but I always enjoy a more personal ask/answer method when trying to know if I can be part of a certain group or not! I am looking for Heavy RP, that is for sure. Both in quality and quantity. I am also looking for a group of ooc individuals who I can relate to and eventually who knows, even become good friends! BAsically, I'm looking for a Home in FFXIV, and would love some help in finding this. Also, it's not tied to just FC. If you have any idea for a LS, or a group of people, or you are a RPer in the same situation, or you know people that could help me with that, or you yourself could help me with that, I'd be really grateful! I'm curious, when do these happen? I just returned to the game, and I havn't been in these instances in such a long time! And to pair them with RP exploration/expeditions seems fun! I'm trying to reinsert myself into the RP community, and this seems like something I'd enjoy doing! Is there anyone I should contact for this? He seeks self improvement through this, mainly in the fighting sense (though this intention should remain hidden to all but those who either manage to break his secret, or to whom he opens to). Knowledge and research would be something he'd keep his eyes on while around Ul'dah - a city he is new to currently. C'lai keeps his eyes open and his ears sharp. Hey guys! I was thinking of resubbing again to FFXIV, but I would like to know how RP is! Is it still vibrant and active?! And if so, would anyone be willing to accept a miqo'te monk (whose name I will change to give a fresh start to a character, if the service has been added ofc. If not I'll just carry on ) Basically I'm looking to RP mainly, and make friends while doing it and whatnot. Of course, plots are always welcome! Hey there! Thank you for the super swift Replies! I went to the Traveller's Guild site and I do think what they have is right up my alley! Or at least my interpretation of it is ... I however do not wish to limit myself to just FC roleplay! The more people and groups I can get in contact with, the better if I may say so! My character at the moment would look like some sort of Mercenary, a strong one, doing dangerous jobs. I have played him out to work for just about anyone that would hire him, as long as he thinks motives are "legit" ... Of course this sometimes gets him on wrong sides, which then he proceeds to dispense furious veangence! He is in fact a Monk, who (and for the sake of informing people) has lost his focus. His tastes, and his life experience, make him enjoy fighting greatly; but due to this loss, he feels aimless... Thus he keeps doing mercenary work in an attempt to regain that which truly would drive him. IC, he is at some sort of denial phase at the moment, thinking that being able to fight and win (IC personal plotwise, he hasn't been very inclined to be defeated ), the sheer adrenaline and pleasure from the moment being what he believes is the drive he needs... Though his master does not agree I hope thats enough to give a soft image of the character's profile. I dont want to give too much, cuz I want it to unfold IC If you need more information, just say! So Even if I The Traveller's guild accepts me (or not <.<) (Yes! I made an application! ) I would like to keep in contact with guilds/FC that would be able to "use" my character for their devices and plots. His IC situation would allow him to do so; and for the sake of character development, it would be beneficial for it to be so! Of course, I will strive to create fun and stimulating rp for those around me, should they have me amidst their rp Sorry, I write such Walls of text >.<

I tried looking around, I saw a welcoming place, but I believe that is for an introduction type of thing :3 Anyway...
