Just checking in~ AW is still alive and very well. Our RP and progression is very steady thanks to our wonderful members. <3 Tonight is Coil/dungeon night, so see you all in game!

Eeep, it's been a while since I last posted here. We have several new faces, but still most of the same old ones. The RP has been great, and game content has been conquered! We are now forming static Coil groups until turns 1-5 are in the duty finder. As usual, we are open to new applicants if you are looking for a home! Please check out our website link to see what we're about. Abridged version of AW: Tuesday Night Role-play! (TNRP) - A time when we all come together as a guild to RP. TNRP can be held in Skype or in game. Skype RP offers a more open way to describe characters/actions, as well as adds a true "danger" factor that sometimes PvE content cannot. Roll a D6! Thursday Night Dungeon Nights - Our Coil team goes in, and anyone else leveling/gearing up runs dungeons to their heart's content. We always try to make it so everyone can do something they want/need to do. This goes on until very late at night. Skype OOC Channel/RP Channels out of game - We are a talkative bunch! Our OOC is pretty active around the clock. Being able to communicate outside of game has really made our members feel more close knit, like a family. LGBT + [Anything else] Friendly - Online fun is meant to be that: FUN! Anything else is just not cool, man. We welcome peoples of all backgrounds, preferences and identities. We like people based on their attitudes/personalities, not their life choices. That's us in a nutshell! Aww, that's sweet of you! I think we're pretty fun, but... that's likely biased. ;P Also! We now have obtained linkpearls ICly! This means that AW is now a FC with an IC LS. Potentially anyone can be a part of the LS, but it would have to be obtained through interacting with one of our characters. From my experience, people who "trash talk" roleplayers usually fall under three categories: 1) They think it's stupid/not a reason to play a game. 2) Have had poor experiences with roleplayers in the past. (Ex: Seeing graphic ERP in public, or the like.) 3) Just plain trolls. I personally never speak up to any of them, because it's simply a waste of time. Internet fights and debates usually never have positive outcomes, so I avoid them altogether, even when it's something I'm passionate about. If a people dislike RP and make it known, that's perfectly fine with me. It's their opinion, and their actions will only hurt their image, not mine. Also, Square-Enix devs seem to take harassment very seriously, from what I've seen. So if a person is going too far in terms of spam or getting outrageously mean, I just blacklist the person, and send a report. I know a few of my fellow AWers have had to do that, unfortunately. Other than that, I just choose to ignore them and concentrate on my own fun. That kind of silliness is just TOO silly to affect the way I enjoy a game.

Hello again~ -timid wave- I'm making another post because the last one got a lot of responses on the last thread and I wanted to start us fresh again. We had some great help for our last attempt, and I know all of us learned a lot, but unfortunately, we didn't stomp the Lord of Crags all the way. So, once again, we ask your assistance for tomorrow, Saturday, 1/4/14, at ~9pm Eastern Time. We are trying to gather peeps who know the fight and have relics, just to make it go a bit easier/faster/less facedesking. Our Group: 1 Paladin 1 Dragoon 1 Bard 1 Scholar Please post here if you are willing to help us out! We're looking for about 6 people, so we can split our group of four. (As in 2 non-relics going in with 6 relic'd, for ease. This is ideal, but not completely essential.) Thank you SO much, RPC!

We didn't get it tonight, but we did get A LOT of practice and tons of good tips. We are going to be trying again tomorrow night, split into two groups. Those that volunteered their help might get /tells tomorrow. Thank you SO much to those who helped tonight. So appreciated!
