I'd certainly be up to trying this, but to be honest, I think I'd only be able to make it on the weekends O...O That being said, even if I can't make it, I hope this works out. IC dungeon runs are a thing you don't see happening enough in game.

O.....O So, I was hanging around the gold saucer trying to decide which pet I'd bring to the parade. Ultimately I decided on the wind up dullahan. He's a little twitchy. I think it might be because he's possessed by an evil spirit e...e Still, evil spirit or no, he's my friend! Having decided that I'd bring him to the parade, I figured it might be fun to hang out with him a bit. We were getting ready to explore the gold saucer a bit when- He got knocked the hell out by a baby opo-opo O..........O The little pest then had the nerve to climb up on shoulder! I was about ready to fling it into the water but... It started talking to me It told me it knew where I lived! Where all my friends and family lived too! Then it told me that if I knew what was good for me I'd go find the nearest cuff-a-cur machine. It stared at that mechanical Gilgamesh with nothing but hatred in its eyes. I'm pretty sure a look like that would make Bahamut himself turn tail and run! It told me to start punching and not to stop until it said so. I've been at it for the last 4 hours O....O Send help. Please! This thing isn't messing around! Seriously! Someone! Send help! D:

Like I said in the other thread, I've been involved in a letter exchange like this before and it was a good time O.....O Here's hoping enough people sign up to get this off the ground. Character Name: Hel Spites Wiki link/short description: Hel is a foreigner who, while en route to another place altogether, washed up in Eorzea after a particularly nasty storm sent him off flying off his ship. He's been around long enough that he can understand the language, although he speaks with a thick accent and his writing tends to come across as a bit stilted. I'm hoping they remove the GC restrictions on pvp. After seeing the new pvp armor sets, I know I'm going to grind for them. Getting rid of the restriction would make the grind slightly less painful. Slightly .____.

O....O I participated in a thread like this before and it ended with my character and his pen-pal exchanging over 30 pages worth of letters. It was kind of great. Sign me up! The character's name is Hel Spites. He wouldn't be anonymous.

For the last year I've been playing on gilgamesh, but I've been getting a bit tired of the server. I've heard a lot of good things about balmung. It sounds like it's a much more active server with a much bigger roleplayer population, which is nice but I don't really know much else about it beyond the fact supposedly that it's more active. I'd be giving up a small house in gilgamesh if I hopped over so it's not exactly a decision I wan to rush into. I'm wondering if anyone here can help me out by posting what you think of the server. What's it like? How's the community? How're the roleplayers? How're the RP FCs? Are there a lot of them around or is most of the population centralized among a few? I'd be particularly interested to hear from people that have also switched servers. Was it worth it? Given the chance would you stay or switch back?
