My free company and I have been on that side since the beginning. People always treat us with the stigma of being blood-thirsty warmongers or evil plotters. But I guess it comes with the territory of being an all Garlean FC. We've been a lot of people's "villains" for a while now. and I empathize with you OOC completely. IC it would be interesting if our paths crossed. Many garleans have caught been signing up and getting involved in our network of garleans operative in ul'dah (and beyond) and your sentiments incline with ours. that is quite unfortunate. Well I don't know where your friends are leaning towards in RP but we at Regnum Garlemald are always open to new people and RP opportunities. We'll try to PM you in-game.

Not that I disagree with you at all but according to one interview the people asked Yoshi-P about how he mentioned more "Jobs" as opposed to more "classes" and his response was "You have a very good ear for this." So from this we can at least assume that they will be "Jobs" and would have to branch off from the original classes. OF course this doesn't mean they aren't capable of revamping skills to fit both branches. again, just speculation on my part.

Everyone has been talking about Yoshi-P hinting at the Dark Knight job and him mentioning his desire to have a "two-handed swordsman" but I hope I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who caught this: Could it be possible that the Dark Knight job is an annex of the Marauder class and Samurai off the Gladiator? Lore-wise they are setup for it, especially considering that it would fit to give the New Player Race it's own job to introduce and they are from the "Far East" (Doma). All of this is speculation but I feel like it is a fair notion. Tell me what you think!

I don't really consider Ramsus a "villain" per se but I have been involved in a lot of people's RP as a "main antagonist" type. Don't know why people love to make me the object of their revenge/retribution but it lands me a lot of RP with people so I don't mind and I've embraced it as of late. since we're talking about OOC introductions I do have these instead of having to type everything out. Hi guys! Just putting some of my RP out there and hopefully establish a connection with some of you! I've made a Doman character recently and I'm almost at level 50 (I never RP interact with others until my character is level 50. Gives me time to get a feel for him and Rp alone, which helps me build his story) and seeing as I'll be hitting 50 soon I think it be nice if I made a connection at least backstory-wise. It's actually really cliche with every intention of being tasteful (intention being the operative word) I'm looking for 3 things: (I) A Doman swordsman rival I understand that it is quite easy to conceive Doman characters to incline towards being either Ninjas or Ronins of sorts. So this pokes at any of you "badass samurai" types if there are any. You don't have to align evil or anything but will have to be okay with murder in your history whether done maliciously or what not. (II) A young Sword apprentice My character is looking to pass on his sword style on to one (or possibly even two) young swordsman. Any gender or race will do given that you are young and devoted. (III) A Doman-Eorzean informant Being a Doman refugee in Eorzea, I think it's smart if I were connected to someone who at least used to live in Doma that can teach my character or a kind of "go to" for him. You can be aligned any way you want, I might even prefer you be a shady peddler type or a drug cartel leader or a brothel owner. Things I'm optionally looking for: (IV) A Doman Authority type (police, detective) My character was un-rightfully charged with murder. And even with the Garlean invasion of Doma this person might still be looking to investigate the incident. (V) People seeking revenge My character is charged with killing 3 people (1 framed, 2 actually guilty of) and it would make sense if there were any Domans related to those people that want my character's head. The first person my character was charged with murdering was his own master, the other two were close friends of his back when he was a Guard. When charged with the first murder the other two Guards came to stop him and my character was forced to either kill them both or be taken in and sentenced to death. While I don't mind RPing alone or with my own friends I really hope that people become interested in this. I'd really love to make new friends and expand my RP experience. We actually have a whole group of Domans in our FC. So whenever we're not being Garleans we're being Domans. (we just love being foreigners) come join us!

Our play times mesh. Also our FC is full of European players (don't have a definitive answer to why that is so) so past midnight PST is when our FC is most active. Given we have a Garlean main scenario, we also have other RPers in our FC that aren't doing anything Garlean at all and we've even created Alts to RP with them. We're very friendly and we've got a huge FC house.

I think i'm going to reschedule just because I failed to realize that we have all-world maintenance!
