Lamiaris

I'm very ill in real life and often I have to poof without warning to take care of my health; sometimes I'm able to come back to FFXIV, sometimes I can't.. I'm always scared that someone's going to flip out/ cuss/ scream at me due to such things; and also due to having to poof, I'm often too terribly frightened of being screamed at, that I stay off for the rest of the day TnT

I would be quite fine with dis. Would it work with say.. Summoner as well? Or is it healer exclusive? There's a caster version! Halonic Inquisitor! SAGE LAMI, HERE I COME!!!! *foams at the mouth* But first to unlock Vault and such... Do the crafted versions have the same names as the dropped ones~? And excellent, there are dyable versions~

Hi there~! It's an odd request, but can anyone think of perhaps a cloth armor glamour set or the likes that would resemble the Sage job-outfit from Final Fantasy 3? The closest I can think of is a dyed Scholar job-hat and a white (or blue) dyed... I think, Vanyan robe? Any suggestions would be appreciated <3

I have beaten the main ARR storyline, though I BARELY remember any of it. The moogle bits stck out here and there, but... yeah.. I did have two other ideas though.. Should I mention them? <_>

Well, I suppose there's not really any harm in giving it a try. And yeah , I think I'll work within the framework. And it sounds like you're saying that moogles are somewhat of a rarity in FFXIV?

Those are specifically the Moogles found in FFXIV. ...which isn't what the OP is asking about. However, the other idea(s) I had would actually apply to the FFXIV-type moogle.. Which admittedly, I'm not entirely sure if I should divulge.. *nervous sweatdrops*

This is probably a stupid idea <_> Please don't bash my head in! But I was thinking about playing a Moogle.. Not exactly one of those fuzzy floaters portrayed in FFXIV, but I suppose a more... anthropomorphized one? Plesae, please, please... NO jokes or crticisms about 'furfags' , 'furries', or anything like that.. I want some serious answers and constructive help... Anyone able to give their thoughts on this idea? If it can't necessarily be a more anthropomorphized one, I DID have an idea that could be a bit of a "compromise"..?

I know this might not be considered a rant or a vent, but I'm just really confused! I keep hearing and reading that people are saying that healers are getting all the hate and all the bashing by group members, kicks included and such.. But in playing Scholar pretty consistently in all of my duty finder groups for about a month.. Everyone's been very nice and understanding Nobody hated on me for anything I was doing and I was constantly getting compliments. Could someone please tell me where these haters are? I'd love (AKA hate) to meet my first example of one.. Or am I just incredibly lucky?

Lami actually is my main, and I main her as Scholar (will work on the other classes later). And I know this will probably get lots of bashing probably.. But I actually play her ICly in the FFXI 'style' of scholar; all purpose mage, able to perform black and white magic to a very good degree and using the two different grimoire types, in a sense. To this end, I ICly play her as having multiple books/ grimoires for all of her spells, and yes, if I can help it, she will always be in the Scholar attire. And she even has a grimoire specifically for summoning magic.. HOWEVER, summoning, for her, takes quite a toll on her health and so she only uses it very rarely.

This is probably a silly request, but could I see some pictures of Au'Ra males and females in the Scholar job armor please? :love: I was thinking about using a vial of Fantasia on Lami to make her an Au'Ra and wanted to see how it looks before I did.

Well uhh.... The fact that your lady would be pretty much having a business that sells drugs, Lami might not actually try to get a job there. Looking at it from an IC standpoint, Lamiaris is incredibly goody-two-shoes, and she likely would not be able to stomach working for a drug-dealer However, we can see if we can come up with something, if you like? Though if it's alright with you, I'd like to wait for a bit to see all the replies I get. I'm not discounting you, but I just want to see all the choices that I'll get :3

If I recall, I think I only made.. 1 or two threads before this one? Granted I can't remember shit to save my life, but still. I don't' think I put them up that often, hehe. And.. The point did fly over your head (even though I have NO intentions of that sounding rude). I'm actually NOT looking for the kinky-type. I suppose I shouldn't have used the wording 'enslave', now should I, looking back in hindsight? I'd certainly be up for playing her as an IC retainer! I think that'd certainly be interesting and a refreshing change of pace for her. It'll also be a good way to keep my interest, since I just happened to reboot my subscription today.

And when you look at the title, I don't mean a father/ daddy in the kinky sense of calling a boyfriend that!! I'm genuinely looking for someone to play my Miqo'Te, Lamiaris's overprotective father. He can be a hyuur, elezen (or whatever it's called), a Roe, another Miqo'Te, or hell, even a Lalafell! Or on the other hand, I'm also hoping for someone to enslave my poor blind Miqo'Te and keep her for himself~!

You know what? I think I'm going to be here to stay on FFXIV~! (Watch it be jinxed due to health issues.. Lawl) I dunno, something just kinda.. 'clicked' I guess, and I'm liking the game even more~! Plus it.. may or may not have to do with the fact that I've unlocked Scholar and almost have Summoner.. *cough cough* Like usual, look for Lamiaris Vaerdonia if you want to chitter or party up :3

How old is your Lamiarias's I technically have her at 16 years old. But I'm willing to adjust it if necessary.

I'm going to try and come back to FFXIV. Probably next month, maybe around the first or so? Can't guarantee I'll be able to stay though because of health and finance issues :C But I wanna finally get Lami to be a Scholar kitteh~

Poor Lamiaris She's mostly confined to the house (ICly) due to her master's wishes (and also to care for her two newborns). A form of stockholm syndrome has set in her. :blush:

As the title says, both in parenthesis and in un{bracketed} words, I'm planning on coming back to FFXIV again! I've been on and off alot. More often than not, it's due to medical reasons and my poor health. I usually cut off my subscription cause I'm not sure how much doctor visits/ medicines/ etcetera would cost and I try to save every last penny at that point. My character as usual will be Lamiaris Vaerdonia. Gonna work her towards getting scholar and summoner <3
