The majority, if not all RP's will ignore it for the most part. You have to aslo take into account that it takes us 5minutes to say 5 seconds worth of conversation, so if we put that with the in game timer... Our characters would stand still for hours taking all that time to think up thenext 6 words they say!

As someone who RP'd a (mentally) young character for a few years back on WoW... I know pretty much what you're trying to achieve in the RP, and it is as Mae has said, and it's something that is much better off when you have another dedicated player there to help your character out. A child of a very young age would not just walk the streets so simply, why have no orphanages or helpful churches decided to take your character in?

I'm exactly the same! I didn't know much about any of the lore when I started, so my first character was pretty clueless about most of the customs and such of the world outside the village she grew up in! Makes learning much more fun!

Hey, I'm in the UK and I'm also in need of RP that happens during the evening... Since all my friends seem to want to RP at 1am despite all of us being from the UK.... But I'd be happy to RP with you whenever you are up for it! I RP two very different characters so I'm sure we can find out which one would fit better, though neither of them are exactly older characters... the highest is only 22! But I would be happy to RP with you either way, and help with ooc stuff as well.

I love the new world that has been opened up to me. Before, I didn't think standing around all day would be exciting at all, but now working as a scarecrow for Yangh's garden is the most thrilling time of my life, it's a wonder I don't just become a real life scarecrow either!

It's so much this. A lot of people don't realize that they essentially have to -be- this person, so if you spend hours crafting a personality that you can't even relate to then it's going to make RP'ing harder and less enjoyable.
