Kids. I've dabbled with roleplaying little brothers and sisters as NPCs, and I've actually made a couple of PCs for this purpose, but.... Roleplaying children and adolescents after you're long past those phases is hard. They don't talk the same, walk the same, they don't even think in the same logical progressions that we do. Taking oneself back a decade or two or however long it's been isn't easy. Stepping into those shoes again is awkward, because the whole time I'm in them I'm thinking, "this is dumb. This is stupid. I would never do this. I would never say that. WTF, kid." It doesn't jive with the here-and-now, and for me that's a difficult gap to surmount, those years. Hopping the gender terminator is not so difficult in comparison, for me. =x

I love that the Flame Elite's Hood looks like something straight out of Star Wars: The Old Republic. It is one of the few IF Hunt pieces I actually like. That, and the DoW gloves and boots.

As a Flame soldier with some personal history with Commander Swift, Osric is two steps removed from Raubahn. He's also Royalist (though his political association is carefully kept off the records) and has ties through the Sultansworn that connect him with the Sultana by two to three degrees. So he's indirectly connected in at least two ways. Feel free to hit me up with a PM here or a tell in-game! (or walk-ups, I love walk-ups provided I'm not pressed for time) Osric has gradually taken to walking the streets again in and out of uniform, following a certain... incident... that left him a tad unpopular with the residents and citizenry of the city (understatement of the century).

I'm looking for one I can stay in since I want to pick up hunts regularly but am not getting any where just flopping around on my boco looking for them by myself. Usually by the time I find any or know where one is, they get killed before I get a chance ; ; It's because existing Linkshells like Bounty Hunters are so large. They have folks in VoIP, and everyone in the LS, sitting around in potential spawn locations where A- and S-Ranks have open spawn windows. The instant something spawns, it gets reported, the LS congregates, and they down it. It's not a matter of "but I'd rather prefer ____!" It's a matter of "Linkshell XYZ has locked down Hunts to the point where if you're not in XYZ, you're going to have a very difficult time getting credit for A- and S-Ranks." It's unfortunate, but that's the current state of Hunting. They've made some minor changes, such as restricting credit to B-Rank spawns to those with the Weekly Hunt Bills for that particular B-Rank mob, and these changes have helped. That said... yeah.

This. Bounty Hunters seems to be the Hunt LS on Balmung.

That is the glory of the self identification. Nat doesn't really do many evil things compared to many heroes. For example she's killed one person (outside of some stuff from her past), and that was with an official execution order. She's tortured several people, but it was relatively 'light'. However the more I player her the more I realize she's a villain. Hmmm we have anti-heroes, maybe she can be an anti-villain? That's accurate, yes. *pushes Osric's dirty sheets and body count under the bed with the side of his sneaker*
