So here is the dealio- I've been on FF for about a month now and have created two characters to play with; A Lohengarde Roegadyn ex-gladiator turned "legal" slaver and a Sunseeker Miqo'te Courtesan/Dancer. Both are situated in Ul'dah and both have PLENTY of connection opportunities. My problem is that I am painfully shy to the point that I just sort of... sit in a corner and stare at everyone in the Inns. If anyone is interested in RPing with either of them, and possibly want to make connections to either's pasts (I have some easy hooks listed on their Wiki pages, linked in my sig) please let me know!

Having recently run through the Sangoli and meeting the U Miqo tribe, I began to wonder where the others are- specifically, the Z tribe (considering my Miqo is a Z). Are they similar in social structure? Do they also inhabit the desert, but just aren't shown in game? Where are they? Where do they hang out? Where did they come from? Where did they go? Coming from a game like World of Warcraft and it's increasing gold inflation, I am curious about Gil- Specifically, how much Gil is a lot of Gil in the setting? Is 2kGil a lot for a night with a courtesan? Would 20Gil be a small tip for a performer? 2Gil? 200Gil? How much is basic food like bread, cheese, or gruel? How about gourmet meals?

Hello there! I am PkThunda, though most just call me Pk. While I got FF XIV as a pre-order, I've only just really gotten to start playing the game. Financial difficulties, a wedding, a big move, and friends who game-hop constantly prevented any dedicated play until now. I now play both FF on Balmung, as well as World of Warcraft on Wyrmrest Accord. I currently play two characters, a Roegadyn marauder named Burning Edge and a low level Miqo'te pugilist/weaver named Z'zhumii Umi. Currently, I am only ready to roleplay Umi as I am more interested in leveling Edge as a main/tank. I am a medium-heavy roleplayer looking for mature, casual, and/or plotline roleplay- while I lead a lot of RP on WoW, I'm not yet comfortable enough with FF's lore to head anything just yet. I'm an artist, and I take commissions from time to time. My character wiki profiles are/will be full of drawings instead of screenschots- at least until I can get some half decent RP gear.
