Alas, SAND does not yet have a FC house to our name. We are saving up, however, and half almost half of the opening price for intended lot!

My attendance is a tad spotty due to medical issues, but I would most certainly be willing to RP that with you! Curtains. Long, flowy drapes that an either go over windows or can hang from the ceiling.

While he is most certainly allowed to price it as he pleases, it is not above critique when comparisons can be made and the initial pricing looks like it is taking advantage of others. It is literally a 1200% mark up on a small lot, not even including the price of the lot itself. It's not about guilting or shaming him, but rather advice to help everybody included in the transaction. The community of the RPC should be able to say when something does not look right and warn others of a potentially bad deal.

Z'zhumii Umi is rather used to drinking considering her profession, so she doesn't get drunk anymore. The closest she can come to is fairly tipsy, and if she happens to be at a function or high-class party, she goes into full predator mode and starts hunting for new clients.

That depends on the person! I won't be available to attend, due to ooc health issues, but I normally have an actual gil fee for Umi. Others probably do not, and I am sure someone here will fit the bill nicely!

Hi guys! I'm sad to say I am still on hiatus at the moment; I have a biopsy surgery scheduled for the 28th and am trying out a billion new pain-killers at the moment, so play time just isn't much in the cards for me. In the mean time, however, I decided to clean up and add some things to my Courtesan Compendium Roleplay guide. Yo folks! I need to take a hiatus from the game due to my health. My condition is slowly getting worse, and after my recent nerve velocity conduction test, I'm scheduling a biopsy to confirm a diagnosis. I just don't have much energy right now, so my life is pokemon and sims for the time being. Also sleeping. There is a lot of sleeping going on. I'm sorry to anyone who wanted to RP with me; I hope to come back soon and return to wonderful pretendy-catgirl-funtimes.

Hey folks! Due to some medical issues, I haven't- and will not for a little time -be able to play FF as much as I'd like. I've been spending a lot of time in bed, and sadly my comp isn't near it. I have, however, finally 'finished' my Pokemon Y run (I'm a completionist, so I'm going for a full pokedex as well). It got me thinking! Who would your character have in their pokemon team, and why? Z'zhumii Umi, for example, would have... Solrock - Because it's a sun rock. It's the sun. Azeyma. Cliche. Persian - It's a friggen classy cat! It even has a gem on it's head like Umi! Spritzee - Perfume faerie on the go! Pyroar - Another fancy cat! Also sunseeker similarities. Roselia - Petal Blizzard would make for one hell of an entrance. Luvdisc - 1, shaped like a heart and 2, personal squirt gun yeah! Obviously Umi would not focus on battling, her pokemon would help her with her religious worship and with work. Odile is stuck with a whole party of shiny Chansey. Get it because she's a healer and has albinism.

I've been fighting an art-block the last while, having only been able to make quick sketches. Because of that, I've fallen behind on my actual painting ability, so here's a skill check picture I did last night. I'm not bored at work; I'm bored at the doctors office waiting room. Poor Spahro has to wait with me... Its almost an hour after I should have been seen. At least it's warm. We got a snow/ice storm and the roads are crap.

I play a fancy hooker who's hungry for gil. So... Pride Greed Gluttony Envy And technically lust, though for material wealth instead of lecherous intention. She hasn't killed anyone, though. So she's got that going for her. And naw, she doesn't regret a thing. Gotta do what you gotta do, yanno?
