Maybe this is cheating, but I don't like to post pictures of my face online, so I use this mask instead! It has become my online face. In fact, in my author photo in the dust jacket of my last book, I was wearing this mask.

Aysun you have been so kind as to comment on my artwork several times so I wanted to draw something for you! I read up about Aysun and discovered that the very least that she and Tima have in common is their introversion and tendency to go a little overboard while drinking so... sitting around drinking and barely talking to each other seemed like a good bonding experience. I hope you like it?! It struck me as I was finishing that I should have asked for permission to draw her first >< I'm sorry! I really hope you don't mind.

I'm glad they're allowing some mixing of features (and they are even thinking about the Roleplayers that's cool!) I just hope that it doesn't become too hard to tell the two clans apart because everyone mixes and matches so much. I guess though that's what they mean by only "some" features being interchangeable.

Tim'a is employed as a bodyguard for another traveler. Though besides this one job, he's more of a useless vagabond.

Finally a new drawing!! I know I'm so quiet around the forums. I feel bad. I actually am slinking around all the time lurking in shadows and reading the new threads. But I can never think of something interesting to say so... I just sort of sit there. I'M SORRY! The only way I can ever think to interact is with drawing.

I am just cracking up at all of the pirate stuff on this site all of the sudden. *HAH* anyway a couple new doodles was all I could manage.

I just wanted to say I really enjoy these Census polls! It's so interesting seeing the results.

Yeah color can be hard! I prefer very minimalistic colors, but amazing things can be done with a lot of colors! Dont give up! Also, can I say that I love you for saying "the bees knees" ?

Too busy to manage more than doodles lately. But I did remember something that I thought you guys as RPers might be interested in! I was a huge fan of the Final Fantasy 12 game and one of the merchandise sold for that game was real "Potions" like in the games, sold in potion bottles and everything. But anyway, the point is, Potions taste heavily of ginger! So whenever I see characters drink potions in any of the final fantasy games, I know they're drinking a hefty dose of ginger.

I found these old drawings I did and thought they would work! This is something how I imagine their tribal artwork would look like? When depicting the totems?

I love that the lore of this game has so much depth! I wondered the same thing about the Nuhn of the Seekers. Like.. is there a lot of inbreeding or do the women and children move around to different tribes to prevent marrying you know.. your cousin or something like that? It seems like the Seekers of the Sun are centered more around male leadership while the Keepers of the Moon follow the women's lead. Now you have me curious about Miqo'te art. I would love to try drawing something that their tribes would create...

Excellent! I just wasn't certain since you know how sometimes certain characters aren't allowed in a name. But I figured they should, since they themselves have made apostrophes canon for their world.

I had a brief "Oh no!" moment when I saw the naming conventions, until I read over them properly and realized that, luckily, my character's name works out perfectly, I simply have to add an apostrophe. I hope they allow us to use apostrophes in game while naming our characters.

Miqo'te Male, Keeper of the Moon. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they're popular! I wonder how many of them we will see running around in game..
