I'm a bit fuzzy on the specific bits involving Sharlayan. I'm trying to set up a character who would have been roughly been in her mid-teens when the colony in Dravania was evacuated due to the Empire's takeover of Ala Mhigo. I'm trying to make sure I get the age right, as she ended up having a child who's currently 25. If she was also in her late teens when the Dravanian colony was abandoned, does that mean I can also safely say that her grandparents could have been from the island nation of Sharlayan as well, or would her immediate family be from the colony?

I realize this question has been asked before >.> my apologizes, but. Given the current state of events-what's the amount of ingame time that has passed between now and the end of the Seventh Umbral Era? About 5-6 years? Also is there any ingame lore about what happened with Ishgard while the Calamity was going down?

I've started to put out feelers on Tumblr, and thought I would ask here as well...but are there any fellow SMN players who are interested in the idea of doing a Void Ark with...well, nothing but us as the DPS? So just picture dragoons and trainee dragoons jumping about Ishgard even more literally now-oftentimes in full armor, as to better break in the suit and build up muscles/agility/speed.

Considering you have to pay for your dead loved one or yourself to have a cheerful afterlife there...what would be the city policy you think on bodies that are found/collected-and nobody's paid for them? Do you think they're put in a mass grave, or if there are some charitable souls that collect donations to offer for them? I ask because Riven's mother has died there-and generally she was found in her little room only when a neighbor started to complain. As Riven isn't in Ul'dah and can't be located as next of kin, I was just wondering what the lore theorycraft policy might be?

I've been getting those vibes too. And Riven was just ". . .No." Estinien/Nidhogg though...when that scene was playing out, all you could hear from my room was me screaming in shock. As the line slowly inched forward, she rubbed her hands together again, trying to keep her fingers warm. I need a new pair of gloves.

It also should be noted that they're all probably in a permanent state of drunk and/or stoned.
