Posting my interest in the TBD-time event as Jana!

I play a character who's also pretty racist, and while they're not an in-game race, Jana thinks most of the Ala Mhigan refugees are a weak-willed bunch. Rather than "hate", I usually show this attitude by making condescending remarks or taunts; she won't actively hate someone who isn't worth her time. Think about your character and if they have a background that justifies outright hatred or if they're just prejudiced.

Jana doesn't fit these too well, but I'll join An at Dress to Impress. I'd also like to try and make a couple of help rolls since Jana was at a previous event; I'll double-check the rules behind that and get back to you after I finish work.

Jana for Stolen Bloom, if it's ok for this to be her first (and with how far in you may be, possibly only?) action in this plotline.

Keep in mind that if you do go with a Lalafell surname, they largely use the syllables and vowels from Japanese, without any of the meaning from Japanese words.

During one of the rank-up Moogle beast tribe quests, the player has to recruit a dragon to help move heavy rocks. You end up with a tiny dragonling who says he can do the job when he grows bigger in 300 years (if I'm remembering correctly), at which point the main Moogle NPC says he'll be long dead and gone. From this we can assume that even if they live longer than the Spoken races, Moogles are far from being able to live as long as dragons if one cannot live long enough for a child to become a teen. I'm at work so I can't look up the exact text, but hopefully that description is enough for anyone who did the quest to find it?

Most of the minions "native" to Eorzea have a little lore blurb, even the more outlandish ones, about being commissioned by the Goldsmiths' Guild or sown by Tataru or whatever. Those veteran rewards usually don't, so they can be taken as being an OOC (or out of universe?) thing put in by the devs for fun.

I went MIA over much of the weekend due to a car accident (and the insurance stuff; we weren't hurt), sorry for forgetting to let you know!

Chances are that if these people aren't on Balmung, they're either RPing with just each other or with a small group of friends, so there isn't even enough room for us to care about it.

Jana had no idea what a kotatsu was, but didn't want to embarrass herself by voicing it and sat on the bench next to the elezen woman instead. She spoke slowly, as if taking the time to choose the right words, while smoothing out her plain clothes in a nervous way. "I'm having a problem with my horas, they've been feeling a bit unbalanced. I think the, uh... Center prong. I think it's worn down too much. Oh, and I guess it could use some shine too. The shiny bits are looking a bit tarnished." The miqo'te is momentarily distracted by the arrival of a third woman, but doesn't pay any really attention to her until she speaks. She isn't sure about cookies either but again tries to ignore it. "...What kind of drinks? Any ale?"

Ducking into the forge building, Jana took to a side of the entryway when she noticed the blacksmith was already with a customer. The gloomy Keeper that Chachanji was probably accustomed to by now glanced over to the greatsword being repaired, but gave no comment. "...Hey, I can wait while you're busy."

Jana doesn't super fit any of these but I'd like to sign up for Wednesday's event anyway, if that's cool with the plot.

A cat's tail isn't prehensile, so I doubt a miqo'te would be able to use it like a monkey either.

I can confirm Jana for Tuesday night. I have a couple of questions but I'm on a trip and will ask when I have more time!

If we consider that the Illuminati's stolen tech is Garlean in origin, the main gob from the Alex story would qualify.

If it's unsynched, sure. The fight is about a minute long with all 60s. But did the party maker forget to turn that on?

Oh yeah, that's right. I do most stuff on my main.

I wasn't gonna throw a hat into the ring until a time was posted, I think that one will work for me though.

DRG was one of the better AoE jobs at 50, I don't imagine the jump to 60 would have made their old AoE skills bad or anything.

I'm going to be gone a lot for the next two weekends (Fri-Sun) but weekday evenings should be OK.

Hello, I play a character with SMN experience. My character has had the Echo to protect her from tempering. Most everything I could say has already been touched on by the other people who responded, but I'll add that it's OK if you want to give your character the Echo too. While it's a rare skill compared to the general population, it's not so rare that only the WoL and his 7 best friends can have it. (I'm at work and can't link specific resources though.)
