Aah, I forgot to add in the first post that this will be for Balmung server, but Gilgamesh players could do the same as well ^^ Yesss! Having a shared story with many other Miqo'tes sounds so good, especially for people (like myself) who don't really have any friend in this community to plot stories with. I really hope this will work in the end. Im always up for meeting new people, so even if im, rather my character is not a miqo'te. However im most likely always up for a chat inrp to become friends or oocly. Just need to send me a tell or something and im sure we can set some rp up to meet :3 -Xeon

So im curious and felt in unessessary to create an entierly new post for this alone. But block rate vs block strength? Most of the beta i went out and tanked up to lv 35 mostly with shields with a high block rate. I played as a gladiator. So do they server different purposes like for different bossess and so on? Or are they just mostly about which you prefer? -Xeon

After i make my character, im gona level. And im probably gona level much. But when i need a break or for other reason decide to stop leveling, i will pick up fishing and try it out, spent several beta weekends with no fishing, So im really curious how it works out. -Xeon

Main character: Lorric Wright Playtimes: Im on gmt +1 (sweden) so ill be on during afternoon on weekdays and probably earlier on weekends. Server: Balmung RP style: Well, i am a medium rper in the sense that i like todo pve endgame content and so on, however. When i do rp i would like to describe myself as a heavy rper. I can sit down and bar rp for a long while. So anyone that feels like it and wishes to rp with me or just chat can add my character "Lorric Wright" to their friends list if they want, i can rp aswell at most times. However currently my character is bound to ul'dah so the rp would need to happen there or in the surrounding area. :3 -Xeon

Got to agree with this, was max level after about a week or so, few days less perhaps, and had done pretty much every raid on HC by the end of the second week. So yea, endgame content is important to me in any mmo even if i do enjoy rping on the side both are important so i do hope for a challenge rather than a cake walk. -Xeon

You mean if you shall put in if your a member of a specific guild ex. "Gladiators guild"?. If that is the case my awnser would be, Maybe. The guilds are a good way to learn specific art whether its Archery, swordsmanship or some kind of magic. However as i see it its not needed. You can just as much been taught the craft from anyone else, parents or tutors so on and so forth. But as i mentioned its not really needed, i would guess that the guilds give some flavour inrp as for example perhaps do things for the guild, A guild mission or whatnot. And as i mentioned before its a good way as any other if you wish to learn that specific skill. In the end its about whether you wish to say you're part of a specific guild or learned said skills annother way. Hope i helped in some fashion. -Xeon

Hello. Me, JJDunn and M'risha are currently in a mentorship relation i guess you call it with M'risha listed as the mentor, however in its current form its more of a mutualistic symbios or something where we all help eachother with inputs so on and so forth. Anyhow, the reason im posting even if i am listed as the mentee(?) We would gladly take in people that would either wanna just rp with us possibly through pre-release established relations, whether its friends or family or likes the concept along those lines and wants to learn with and by us. Its not a linkshell i don't think its planned to be, just a us 3 so far that found eachother through the forum and decided to rp together. Makes it somewhat easier if you got a person or some people that you already know either somewhat irl and then get to know inrp or already know inrp. To start rping. So yea, i guess PM or or one of the others if you're intressted or leave a reply here. Look forward to meeting and talking to anyone intressted. -Xeon

To get early access, i think you "HAVE" to get a preorder code. But i might be wrong. Doubt you get one by simply playing ob or something. Seeing as it is supposed to be a exclusive thing for preorders. -Xeon

Don't know if this has been brought up before, but i wonder a few things about "Gil" inrp. Such as how much would different classes of people have? What does basic things cost and so on. Thanks ahead of time. -Xeon

Personally i made my character simple, a fisher who don't know much outside of where he grew up and ul'dah. Everything else i will try to learn through rp. The little i know of the back story and other things i will say ive heard or been told. But it seems intressting or rather more so, to learn through rp. As for your questions i can't really awnser them, it seems much easier this way rather than hours of studying to make a complex character. Complexity through rp rather than from creation. -Xeon

Well my misstake for missing the OOC part, in that case however. Is there a limit on how many you can be in a LS? Otherwise Intermission I believe its called should suffice for both eu and players from wherever. Would only create to make a rift between the different timezones, more that it already is anyway? Im all for joining a EU LS however i don't see a point if there is no limit of how many people can be in one to split up people in multiple ooc LS's. -Xeon

Seems intressting, however i would like more information. If i join a RP linkshell i obviously want a reason for my character to join said group inrp for adventure, crafting etc. So while i can state my intresst, i cannot say that i will join untill i know more about what it will be for inrp if it matches my characters intressts or not. Well id like to describe Lorric as slightly above Hyur midlander average so around 60-70 is what i got it set to ingame. -Xeon

So im just curious does anyone else currently live here? My character "Lorric Wright" Grew up in Crescent Cove. So just curious if anyone else had planned to grow up there alternitivly still live there. For not untill my character gets out to get adventuring or whatever the future holds, He still lives with his father and mother helping them out with the fishing business selling and fishing. Would be intressting to know since my character would atleast know your names . Im on Balmung btw. -Xeon

Probably has been taken up, plenty of times. Same as in swtor dunno if they added it there yet. But as far as im concered its really "Meh". I can work with both, i have worked with both. Sure chat bubbles help but it also clutters the screen in crowded areas. So no matter how it is or will be my opinion is pretty unpartial. -Xeon

Personally i added it to steam and use steam for screenshots. Works perfectly for me. -Xeon
