Looking for love? Join the Purple Orchid Cabaret for our first annual Valentione's DATING GAME! You could be a lucky contestant choosing between 3 eligible bachelor(ette)s for a romantic date! Strictly 18+ Event | Located at Lavender Beds Ward 14 Plot 21! HOW IT WORKS: Our Dating Game is loosely based on the classic game show of the same name! If you're not familiar, three eligible bachelors and/or bachelorettes will be hidden from you, our contestant. You will be able to ask each of them three questions. Once you have asked your questions, you will choose which lucky person you will be going on a date with based on their answers, and the Purple Orchid will be sending you on an all-expenses-paid (IC) first date! THE RULES: 1. You must be at least 18 years of age (both in and out of character) to participate, and by signing up you confirm that you are indeed 18+. 2. This dating game is purely in character, and should you participate you are not guaranteed more than a friendly IC date with the bachelor or bachelorette you choose. Anything more than that depends entirely on your characters' charisma and chemistry. Who knows? Maybe they'll click, or maybe they won't. Part of the fun is finding that out! 3. Much like in the original Dating Game, your character may not ask any identifying questions such as inquiring about one's name, race, age, or occupation. 4. Spicy questions are allowed, but out of respect please do not make them too personal. 5. At the end of the round, you will be introduced to the two people you did not choose, and then the date you chose. You may not take back your decision once you have made your choice and seen what they look like. 6. While you are on-stage, please keep your IC dialogue in /yell (/y), to more easily differentiate them from the rest of the RP chatter in the room. 7. Once your choice is made, it's up to you and the person you chose to coordinate an RP date outside of the event. If either of you flakes out, it is not the responsibility of the Purple Orchid or its directors. 8. Should you leave the premises before you are called on stage for your round, we cannot guarantee that you'll get your turn. We understand that life happens and people disconnect, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the show must go on. Sign ups start on 2/17 @ 6:30pm EST! The first round of the Dating Game will start on 2/17/2021 at 7:30pm EST! -
