[align=center]Hey guys, In GW2 I used to run a few events though none were very big. However the most fun I ever had running an event was something that ran a little like...[/align]

[align=center]Now I am here searching for interest to see how many people would be interested in participating in an event like this over the evening (as it takes 2-3 hours) and if anyone would be willing to assist me in GM'ing the one off event.[/align]

[align=center]teams consist of 5 members plus ONE GM.[/align]

 

Participants must:

  • Pick a Team to be part of: Red, Blue, Green, Orange
  • Wait for their MAILED guide on if they are innocent or the murderer!
  • Solve the mystery / Not get caught!
  • Move from Areas 1-4 In order. Each Area has different clues.

Participants can...

  • Search for clues in the designated areas - we will have a list of where things are and it is up to your roleplay to find it!
  • Sabotage or not reveal certain information to the rest of their team!
  • Defeat one another (Represented by Rock paper scissors ((rolls)) )
  • and much more!

A GM Must:

  • Be ready for the event and check the written GM sheets for Areas 1-4.
  • Not pick favorites to win - its a game within a game!
  • Not tell anyone if information was tampered with successfully or unsuccessfully.
  • Ensure questions get answered for each team.

 

There will be a small story to go along with the murder mystery - but remember, it isn't a real murder, its play pretend for adults!

NO MURDER OF AN NPC OR PC TAKES PLACE. Its a Game within a Game. <3

One word - yes. Also first.

 

We've had an event like this on my WoW server some while ago and while I haven't been able to attend, I then kept weeping over the fact as the impressions I heard were really positive.

 

So yeah, not going to waste another chance again.

Exactly that. :3 Sometimes there is an accomplice too.

 

 

Okay, that's kind... I'm not sure if that will work for me, to be honest, unless I wouldn't be using my own character. I mean, it's not like I want him to be a murder all of a sudden. Or if this is some alternate reality scenario.

It isn't a real murder. It is a staged game. so there has been a 'murder' in the story. (No one actually dies) And its a social game like people play at home - but you're acting it out.

I volunteer Theula'sae as tribute! owo Omg I would love to do this if at all possible, it just sounds like something he'd enjoy to no end.

 

Nah Amariyo: "Th-theula'sae-sensei is in?! I-it's not like I learn from him or anything, geez.... where do I sign up?"

 

I'd throw Nah at this if the time this is held agrees with me. Yeah but it looks mighty interestin.

Anyhow, the point is, the event sounds awesome. I would love to see it happen. And if the event occurs on a Friday or a Saturday, 

Eleni will take part in it as well!
