This is true. They are more like distant parents or grandparents that get a vague notion in their head that their offspring likes videogames, so they go buy Sparkle Ponies for the Wii and present it to their PS3-nerd son or daughter as the most precious gift ever, then get really confused over the reaction. That is kind of what I have to come to expect from Square-Enix.

To get a haircut you'll probably need to go on a lengthy quest that will require you to find scissors, razor and rinse in order to get the haircut done, and then need to wait a week for your hair appointment to occur.

Don't give them ideas! They're just evil enough to do that :cry:

... Plus they'll probably make the appointment time for JP midnight :roll:

Well at least on the bright side of the hair being the same, at least you can select different colors for that hair more so then FFXI and then make it different a bit more by using high-lights. ^^;

*is trying to be optimistic*

And yes, the little guys with facial hair also freak me out, then again, I never (sorry) liked them much. So I could help but see the video and think, "..like Asian guy?"

Then I started to see also Marven the Martian walk with him going, "Fuucius say.. "

I know, I'm bad. ^^;

Gives me flash backs of when they introduced the Adventuring Fellow in FFXI. We'll just see one big line snaking through the city as everyone waits for an appointment.

I'm still personally happy to see the customization is better than XI's was. Even if the Lalafell look creepy with facial hair.
