Hey all! I'm Marke Torrance/Altansetseg Dataq/G'rha Nunh, on the Balmung server! Marke is my main, but call me Alta. Please! Or, I mean. Girl. Since that's my username. Whatever.

 

I've been a long-time roleplayer on the Balmung server, going back all the way to 1.0. You've probably seen me around--especially if you're familiar with TALE or Evenstar. At current, my wife and I are getting our own FC off the ground--but that's neither her nor there!

 

Let's hear a bit about me!

 

• I'm a Psych major, in my last year. I'm preparing for grad school, as well as working on my own study.
  
• I'm adept in the art of procrastination.
  
• I have nothing else to add.
  
• Isn't it sad, when the most interesting thing you have to say about yourself is "I'm preparing for grad school?"
  
• Oh, wait. I'm married. Does this count as interesting?
  
• May have accidentally invented Imposter Syndrome

• Unironically likes Ugg boots.

I'll be throwing info on my characters too, soon, but in a nutshell: a teenage Raen who insists she's a Xaela and likes to shoot stuff, a disgruntled and nervous scholar getting an artifact requisitions and restoration company off the ground, and a has-been adventuring single dad who spends most of his time staring in the mirror, holding his gut, and asking "what have I done with my life?"

I grew up in Sierra Vista. Used to take weekend trips out to Phoenix. Love it. Hate the heat, but love the place.

It's in that beautiful in-between where it's cool even during the day. But I'm giving it another few weeks before I get sunburned just by stepping outside.
