I was reading through the welcome forum and one thing I thought of was: wow it would be nice to tabulate what everyone plans to be. The poll options will only be for race; however, if you could post and leave gender and sub-race it'd be great. Also what city you plan to start out in?

Unsure where I'll be starting out. I want more information about the three cities before I make a decision, but leaning slightly toward Limsa Lominsa from what I've read so far.

Probably Male Elezen Forester, but I can't say for certainty until more race lore/history is known. Same goes for city.

Also plan to create two alts, though they'll both come around later down the line at some point. One will be a lalafell dunesfolk female and the other another hyur male midlander (unless male miqo'te becomes reality, in which case he'll become that >.>).

I really wish I could decide : / I'll probably wait until later, but my toon will either be a Lalafell Dunesfolk female, a Hyur Midlander male or female, or a Miqo'te of some type. I also have no clue as to what city quite yet as I think we only knowing anything about one of them.

As I never, ever played a Mithra or Taru in FFXI, I will definitely be playing either a Miqo'te Keeper of the Moon or (Female) Lalafell Dunesfolk.

I really like the idea of Lominsa, but if I think another city looks cooler when they finally give the lore then I'll change directions.

Yay! I will hold tryouts to see which guild I will join with my Roegadyn (I was the one who voted as of April 22). I'll prepare an application to request my presence
