On that note, could I ask you to add a sample of each of the following to the opening post so I(and perhaps others) have a clearer understanding of the difference? I guess it might be a silly question but I am not very familiar with this I guess, haha ;

As someone who also has trouble saying no to people, I'd just like to repeat this message again. Unfortunately, she is already under pressure from accepting more requests than she had already intended to if I understood correctly ^^ ;
