I have always wanted a more Norse & Polish inspired look for Queenie, but in-game options don't really work for that.

 

So I commissioned Fai to make the traditional Ruyalen garb a reality and omg I am beyond in love with this.  And also the style of hair that Fai gave her makes me want to write up some lore about hair colouring on Witch Queens for rituals..

Poor Lainse got bit by a snake picking all these pretty flowers for Nonovi! After getting patched up and having some recovery, he finally did get to give them to her for Little Ladies Day!  Too bad that fever from the other day spiked again after he got a little thankyou smooch!

 

 

I got to see all the decorations and stuff in Ul'dah today. It's super cute!! I only have the bridesmaid dress for fancies at the moment, but I'd love to see how it looks with the Peach Blossom accessories! Those are so cute! I can't wait to unlock the quest for the necklace! *U*

All of them were very pleasant to work with. Daika had about... 20 days turn around time. Milee was about 2-3 days. Obsy, by -far-, was the most wonderful artist to work with of the three. Constant, constant updates. I was sent a few rough sketches and I even got emailed when an art stream went up.

 

I emailed Obsy on March 31st, while Obsy did work on my friends' commissions. He sent me the first sketch on April 6 and the completed work when I woke up this morning (almost an hour after midnight).

 

All in all, a very wonderful experience to commission from each one of them.

 

I love Obsy's piece very much though. So. Worth. It. I have another 1-2 coming up hopefully.

I'd recommend him to anyone. Gosh. I really like his art style and he is -extremely- pleasant to work with as I said before. Constant updates. willing and ready to work with you on all angles etc.

 

Like, on my previous blm commission, -he- was the one suggesting the flare pose. I didn't even think of it! The Astral III indicator on it? Him! The wrath/infuriate in this warrior image? Him! Plus, he totally captured what I can see Kage's expression is like when in battle.

 

So much props to people who can make adorable Lalafells the badasses they are.
