1. Phoenix Down Hosting Clinic, Open to All Phoenix Down, an ever-growing collective of mages, is hosting the first of what they hope to be regularly-occuring open clinics. Please feel free to join the Phoenixes and other skilled healers in an evening of education, charity, and nurturing good will with our surrounding community. You need not be a member to participate. As noted above, this is an open clinic for all who seek refuge, or even a chance to help out. May you forever walk in the light of the crystal. ====================================================== OOC Details: Where: Treespeak Stables (North Shroud 28,28) When: Friday, April 18 // 6:00 PM CST What're we doing? Phoenix Rising is hosting a healing clinic! Get your RP on in a number of various ways, including but not limited to: - Healers healing people (duh!) - Play a sick or injured person being healed (fun!) - Don't know how to heal? Here's an IC chance to learn! (gasp!) - Hey! I just beat that dude up! I don't want you healing him! (oh noes!) Who's allowed to join as a healer? As long as you have IC justification for healing, anyone can join in! (You don't even have to be all that good at it...) Mages, alchemists, even botanists or people with some rudimentary traditional healing are welcome to join in! After all, this should be a learning experience for everyone! Notes for healers:Be sure to communicate with your patients what level of healing they want. It's possible they want to start their big plot and might just want their ailment identified, not cured. OOC communication is key! In the spirit of letting everyone have their moment to shine, try to make a conscious effort to learn at least one new healing method or skill from someone else - bonus points if it's from someone you've never RPed with! ...in other words, be your awesome selves and have lots of fun! Oh! And BE CREATIVE!!! Notes for the patients: Without you, we'd be nothing! You guys are the real stars!! ♥ Please be sure to communicate with your healer(s) what level of complexity you want your ailment to be. Feel free to fake something severe - no one can fault you if you're just wanting attention. Or maybe you're a hypochondriac? The possibilities are endless if you don't want to be severely injured! Please communicate with your healers if you have any expectations on how you wish for your RP to turn out (expectations not necessary but welcomed!).

Ohai~

Welcome welcome! Glad to see more Gilgamesh peeps around! I already extended a welcome to your spouse so I won't repeat all of the stuff I said there ("all of it"--there wasn't that much to begin with...o7). I LOVED Secret World. Oof. I need to pick it up again. Anyway! Don't worry about being uncomfortable with the lore! I'm totally new to Final Fantasy myself, for the most part, and as someone who is getting more comfortable with it, I'd be happy to help out where I can, especially if you're still trying to come up with a concept! I'm a fellow catgirl Conjurer (well, she's more of an Archmage by this point but healing is her main focus) and I'd be happy to bring you into the fold of an IC Mage Linkshell if you like! (No rush of course!)
4. Hi there and welcome to you both! I would love to hear more about your concepts! Always glad to see other Gilgameshians/ers onboard! Our Free Company has several married peeps in it (some to each other, some also ICly...) so you're definitely in good company! Looking forward to seeing you guys around! Now share with us your concepts!! I'm eager to hear them! :3c
5. Welcome welcome!! Black Hat has the right of it. I'm a fellow Gilgamesh-er (ian?) but I can say with good certainty that both servers have a lot of different things to offer you! That being said, you could always create two characters and see which one kicks off better...or heck! Maybe they'll both take off! Hope to see you around on the forums, at the very least! Feel free to ask any questions!
6. I have gaming-only days/times too, so that's ok! The LS is advertised as being heavy RP as the LS is primarily an IC one. We still do OOC raids and the like as well, we just don't have an accompanying OOC LS. ♥
7. Hey Senpai! I saw you joined us yesterday! Welcome again, and so glad to have you!
8. Damn it Xi, just when Fram had reason enough to not get involved in her shenanigans, you go and do this.
9. Ahh I love the colors on this. This is super-cute, and you have a great eye for color!
10. Our FC has been slowly building a Facebook page, but I would love to see a group if only for recruitment purposes!
11. Welcome Lilina! I'm Framboise, and I'm a fellow Gilgamesh Conjurer/White Mage/Archmage! If you're looking for mage-centered RP, I have a Linkshell for you! Please consider taking a peek at Phoenix Down! We're a cross-FC mage IC Linkshell and we're always looking for more like-minded peeps for RP fun-having! If you need any help with gear/getting situated/whatever, feel free to give me a holler!
12. Hello hello! I'm also a Gilgamesh player, and hope to run into you sometime! I love to hear about what sort of character they are! You can find me as Framboise Zakuro. Hope to see you around!
13. Hi Fanny! I'm Mippa, and I play Framboise Zakuro, one of the members of the Driftwood Coast council! You're welcome to send me a PM, or better yet, check out our forums! Sign up, introduce yourself - we'll be happy to add you to the ranks! If you want to shoot me a /tell feel free to any time! There are lots of us online at any given time, and would love to have you!
14. Welcome welcome! I'm also on Gilgamesh and you can find me as Framboise Zakuro! hope to see you in game and maybe we can RP sometime!
15. Aww don't be! We have people at various levels, and we'll happily help you along the way! ♥
16. I would love to have Hihiroto join the Phoenixes! We're an IC Linkshell/conclave of mages, and we need some more Thaumaturge/Black Mages in the ranks! Here's our Linkshell info! Shoot me a PM or send me a /tell in-game (I'm Framboise Zakuro) and I'd be happy to bring you in!
17. Hi Risha! I play Framboise Zakuro on Gilgamesh, and I can attest that both Ruin and Galen are swell fellas to RP with! If you need a more feminine touch, I'd be happy to throw Framboise your way! Feel free to shoot me a PM or a /tell in-game, and I'll be happy to rope you in! (With or without their help!)
18. Framboise Zakuro cordially invites Drifters and friends to the 1st annual Peach Blossom Viewing Party (yeah they're sakura in this hanami picture so sue me.) When Is It? Wednesday, March 12 // 7pm CST to 9:30 CST Where Is It? the Min Khetto Amphitheatre in Old Gridania What Will We Do? This is a casual meet and greet sprinkled with events and entertainment. Participants often bring dates to flower-viewing parties, along with a smorgasbord of home-made delectables amounting to a sizable feast for all. These parties often carry on to the late evening, due in no small part to the large amount of alcoholic libations consumed by all. This party is nearby the Canopy for good reason, everyone! Join us for the serene (?!?!) pleasure of the freshly-blooming peach blossoms, marking the advent of Spring! More details and entertainment sign-up here!
19. Cry I am so sad to be missing this event! EVERYONE SHOW UP so we can have a repeat of it next month!!
20. Hi Xefjord! I was pointed in the direction of your thread and I'm intrigued! I apologize for the delay as I've been sorta occupied with things this week. But! You said an engineer and--most importantly, medical research. My character is a healer by trade (White Mage/Scholar/Herbalist/etc) and is always looking for ways to improve her craft, including by more mundane means. I would love to work out some RP with you! I'm also in CST, and on the Gilgamesh server! Would you like to maybe arrange some time to chat? You can send me a /tell in game (character name is Framboise Zakuro) or you can visit my character thread for some other methods of contact!
21. Hello Khaya, and welcome to the RPC! I'm in a very similar boat as you, according to your stats, though alas I am in USA Central time. If we do manage to cross paths a bit in our timezone mish-mash, I'd be happy to help you get better acquainted with the server and the RP scene! You can find me in-game as Framboise Zakuro. Feel free to send me a /tell, or if you like, visit the Linkshell Hall and see if any of the FCs strike your fancy!
22. Hello Austratus and welcome to the RPC! Us Gilgameshers (??) are happy to have you, and it sounds like you've got a good chunk of experience under you, too! I play Framboise Zakuro in game, and should you ever want to voice-test or even be thrown into some RP (be it one-on-one or in a group), feel free to shoot me /tell anytime! We've got some great events planned out for March, so check out the Events Calendar and maybe even the Linkshell Hall if you want to get more involved! Hope to see you around!
23. Welcome Vic! Glad to see more players joining FFXIV still, and even happier to see more Gilgamesh peeps! I play Framboise Zakuro in-game, and would be happy to help you get better acquainted! (As I'm sure can be said of just about anyone here!) We have lots of fun events planned out for March on the Gilgamesh server as far as RP goes, so take a peek at the Event Calendar and maybe the Linkshell Hall and see what strikes your fancy! Hope to see you around!
24. Hello hello! I've never gotten the hang of Pirate Speak, so you'll just have to bear with plain ol' boring me. Great to see more people joining FFXIV through Steam, as others have said! I hope you're enjoying your stay in Gilgamesh so far! Be sure to check out the Linkshell directory for that server, and if you ever have a question or are just looking for places to RP, shoot me a /tell at Framboise Zakuro and I'll gladly help out (as long as I'm on)!
