Greetings and salutations! We're finally opening recruitment for our FC. Paissa Enterprises! We house characters from all walks of life, from researchers to mercenaries. We have at least one IC event per week, whether that is an event of our making or going to an event another FC has prepared. We're an FC of people who prefer our RP to be grounded in the setting and lore of the game we're RPing in! Nothing against those who prefer to have characters who are more outlandish in their abilities or backstories. Paissa Enterprises <> is a heavy RP free company currently seeking airship engineers, artisans, mercenaries, adventurers, investors and more. Due to the nature of some of our RP plots and OOC chatter, this free company is for ages 18+ only. We are most active at night for you North American people, and during the afternoon for you Aussies. Generally the Australian members stay up a bit later than the North Americans. (Often active starting from: 9:30pm EST until 3:00am EST/11:30am GMT+11 until 7:00pm GMT+11) While we're not a pve/pvp free company, our members are very helpful. Our current RP is 50% slice of life, 50% adventure. Though with Stormblood on the horizon, we aim for 30% slice of life, 70% adventure. We have a large house in-game, in the Goblet. Thanalan is known for its commerce, after all. Rules: 1. IC is not OOC. 2. You must be over 18 to join. 3. Be polite/mature/respectful. No religious/political talk. 4. Behave in a way that doesn't reflect negatively on the FC when in public. (So no public erping, ooc babyrage, etc.) 5. IC actions have IC consequences. 6. The house is primarily for roleplay. If you see others IC, try not to be disrespectful OOC. 7. You are responsible for involving yourself in any roleplay. Nobody else has a responsibility to cater to you. In that same stroke, be respectful of private scenes. Small Summary of Ongoing FC Plotlines: -One of the company airships has been stolen! The company coffer has been cleared out! We know who did it, but where did they go? -It's time to head east! We will bring our spare chocobo with us, an exotic bird to a strange new land. Likewise, we will bring horses back to Thanalan so refugees can have familiar companions from back home. Just how big of an issue will the Ruby Tithe be? We welcome character's personal plotlines, if you have something you would like to get done within the company we are open and willing to hear it. Mateus seems to be booming?

I enjoy people who ONLY want to ERP with my characters. There's so many of them! I like to feed them regular RP until they either get the message and continue along a plot with me, or go away entirely because I did not deliver with the ERPs. :lol: Which isn't to say I never ERP, I mean come on now this is Balmung. There's just a huge difference between a OOC thirsty RPer and an ICly charming RPer. Like a massive difference. I'm pretty excited for the influx of red mages because every 'sexy suave' character will be wearing that AF. Easy to spot!

Hello! Our fc is relatively new, we've got two Aussies so far and the rest of us are just night owls. Typically our events start around 10pm EST, or later. And we RP ...late into the 'night' or early into the morning. The FC is a shipping company, we ship stuff and go on adventures. How're PVP folks reacting to the news NOT GOOD FRIEND NOT GOOD. Some pvp fcs have changed their tags to <9Butns> everyone is going nuts. I can't really blame them? But I have faith it won't be as world ending as they say.

If they split the server in half and let me keep my house, I'd go with the rest of the RP. But if it was just 'lol move over there!' ...Nah, I'm not competing with housing all over again.

I -almost- sent an alt off with enough gil to snatch that last Lavender Beds large house on Mateus but someone beat me to it. There's still a LOT of empty plots there and the RP friendly houses there are looking pretty nice. Unfortunately I keep hours like an Australian, and when I was around there was nobody online at all.

I don't forsee anyone really leaving and if they do leave, they'll be back the second they can get back. SE doesn't let people take their plots with them, a refund on their house isn't much when to buy the house on Balmung from a flipper in the first place is insane. And there's no keeping your pvp rank when you move. The gil is a good start, but people will still see a loss with moving and therefore.. won't do it. I guess the stop of new people flowing onto the server is a start, but honestly I am not going anywhere. Some warning would have been nice though.

The anime short episodes were way better than Kingsglaive.

I only ever do the story if it's 'do 3 story quests a day' and even then I might just hit up earth shrine exploration twice instead. I don't want to hit the no-lapis wall :'D

I got her from points I didn't pull her and I somehow had enough mats to make all her stuff. I started making a second accessory for her but I'm not sure if she can wear two. I'm an Exvius noob lol. Hoping to get that katana from red orbs but I spent so many red orbs awakening my other units.

She has no idea what Balmung has done to her Miqo'te family.

If you find a lot of problem people getting into your fc, maaaybe it's time to re-evaluate your application process.. if you've got one. I think of my fc's app as a net to keep the weirdies out, which some people will shout ELITIST at. But y'know? It saves a lot of headaches in the long run. .....the app I've not completely finished yet, that is! I've been taking a look at fc apps from 'successful' seeming fcs, but EVERY fc is going to get drama in it one way or another. I aaaalmost don't want to recruit anyone at all and keep my fc the small size it is, but fresh faces are always nice to have around. People are just going to be people. Drama comes hand in hand with most social interactions.
